Aug 31, 2008 (bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Cloudy, light-orange to golden colour with a massive, minimal off-white foamy head. Yeasty and intensively fruity (citrus, banana) aroma, slightly sweet and moderately wheaty with light phenolic spices in the background. Light sweet and slightly acidic flavour, light to medium bodied with a pleasant, almost creamy carbonation. Refreshing fruity and wheat-malty taste, not too yeasty and spicy; dry and slightly sweet, fruit-accented finish with a light hoppy bitterness. Aromatic and refreshing Hefeweizen (21.04.08).

Jun 25, 2008 bottle. Hazy golden colour, large head. Malty and pleasantly fruity with a yeasty character and hints of banana and caramel. Good!
