COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Snake Hollow India Pale Ale Snake Hollow was the original name of the Potosi Hollow and here we have a brew with real character. It is an Inda Pale Ale, which according to tradition requires the plentiful addition of flavorful hops during the kettle boil. Subsequently during the aging process additional flavoring of hops are introduced into the storage tank to provide fine aromatic hop character. This sturdy ale will satisfy the many hopheads among the new age of beer aficionados. 7% • 15P • 70 IBU’s

Pour golden yellow with moderate off white head. Aroma grassy, citrus and hopps. Taste starts sweet and ends with a nice, moderately bitter finish. Easy to drink IPA.

Gold pour, white head. Very light hops, some yeasty goodness, but I find this closer to a lightly spiced ESB. Not my favorite.

Nice! An American brewery IPA that is truer to the English style IPA. Hopped for aging produces more pronounced hoppiness but not AIPA hop stupidity. Pleasant and really enjoyable, even for us non-hopheads.

Bottle. Clear orange amber, large white head that dissipates slowly leaving nice, if a bit clumpy, lacing. Aroma is caramel, pine, citrus.flavor is the same, lightly sweet, light bitterness increasing in strength to the sweetish finish. Light bodied and a bit oily.

Pours golden from the bottle with tiny head. Very bitter taste. Somewhat citrus and floral hints. Different but not too bad. Wouldnt seek it out ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden orange body not much head must of been water reminants left in glass. Aroma caramel, orange, pine. Caramel orange sweetness upfront with resinous pine, grapefruit rind finish. Medium body and oily mouth feel. Good beer

Bottle. Crystal clear copper color with full cream colored head. Lovely pine citrus aroma. Taste isn't as potent as I'd hoped for. Good but not great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aromal is citrus with a hint of floral and piney hops. Beer poor a great light colour, with a minimal amount of head. Beer is decently carbonated with a rich flavour upfront, followed by floral hops character with a bit of a grapefruit tinge. Oily and creamy body to this beer, Great IPA, there are better though.

Never had anything from these guys so I grabbed some of this when I was in WI last week. No date on the bottle which always worries me with this style, but I went agianst better judgement and grabbed some. Poured into a pint glass. This beer pours a dark orange with a thick white head. Nose is pungent with orange, pine, lemon. Good moderately full mouth. The alcohol is noticeable in this one as the 7% comes with a bang. I wouldn’t want to down too many of these at once, and this is on a full stomach. Nice bitter character, wih a mild spicy profile. but there is a dry sweet biscuity character as well which makes this more English to me. I would think this is a nice hybrid between American and English IPA. Bitter and tasty, but plenty of sweetness and dry finish as well. A tasty beer that I am glad I picked up.

Pale amber. Aroma of caramel malt and generic pine hopping. Flavor is moderately sweet caramel malt and mild hop bitterness. Perfectly drinkable, but forgettable.
