hazy transparent white wine, lightly effervescent with a few bubbles that fade fast. Nose is apple, light skin and toast. Lightly sour flavor, apple and oxidation mid with paper bitterness late. Thin sticky body, dry lightly bitter, champagne like finish.

Clear, pale yellow appearance reminiscent of white wine. The aroma brings apples, farmyard, grass, white wine. Light carbonation. Akin to a wine spritzer. White grapes and a touch of alcohol. Interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle courtesy of Drake. Sweet tart apple and light vinous yeast aroma. Sparkling pale yellow, no head per usual for cider. Tart, dry vinous apple flavor. Very similar to a dry white wine. Light carbonated body.

750mL for $10 at Virginia Beach whole foods. Pours sparkling, hazy white to neon straw. Fizzing out white foam. Nose is champagne, white wine, phenols /plastic. Taste is super light, tart, paper, mild apple sauce. But overall very weak, watery, little apple flavor. Dry finish. But quite bland. Disappointed. Fiancé rating : 3.0

Had this one on draft at the Blue Mountain Brewpub. Poured a slightly hazy color with a slight green tint to this particular cider. Aroma was slightly tart apples with a touch of sweet sugars. Flavor was pretty good. Tart and crispy notes to this one. Pretty refreshing.

Location: Draft at the Blue Mountain, 11/21/12

Aroma: The nose is somewhat tart apple, some wine-like notes, and a little funk
Appearance: It pours a pale yellow-white color with no head or lace at all
Flavor: This one tastes similar to the nose, it is not super sweet, intead it is more tart
Palate: It has a light body, a soft carbonation, and a finish that is almost dry wine-like
Overall Impression:  This was more of a tart cider then a sweet one, and thought it wasn’t amazing, I found it pretty enjoyable for what it was trying to be.

Clear, pale yellow, good carbonation, no head as per normal on a cider. Aroma of apple peels and stems, pleasant. Although very dry and clean on the finish, the flavor itself is quite nice, with a good core of tart apple running throughout. Refreshing, it was perfect for raking leaves on a crisp fall day. Very nice stuff. Hope to see other offerings from this place.
