3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Brown with short lived head. Aroma is caramel, malt, bread, some fruitiness and even earth as well. Taste is malty, caramelly, a bit fruity, with a medium and lasting bitterness. Somehow it reminded me partly of a bitter and an altbier at the same time, which is a good thing.

Swing top bottle, label says 4,8% alc. Copper brown, small off white head. Aroma has caramel, sweetish, with candy. Taste is smooth, sweetish, with little carbonization. A bit cassis-like, like red berries.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
330ml Bottle. Pours a pleasant copper brown color with very little head. Aroma is weak but mostly sweet and little earthy. Taste is very weak - mostly candy sweetness with an ever so slight floral hop flavor. The weakest aspect of this beer was the palate and finishing. Vitually no carbonation to speak of, and what there was resembled soda pop fizz. The body was extreme light and had almost no aftertaste.

Bottled, thanks Ulf. Amber colour, thick fluffy white head. Grainy nose. Aroma is malts and grains. Flavour is heavier, malts, more grains and some roasted sugar and hoppy tones. Excellent, well balanced beer.
