Arôme est doux et assez agréable, pointe de cara malt, pils avec une pointe herbacée, léger houblon.
Palais est pas surprenant, mais je trouve cette dernière bien réalisée, surtout connaissant le reste des bières de ce brasseur. Le tout est doux, sorte de malt/maïs procurant une douceur en bouche suivi d’une pointe houblonnée moyennement épicée. Possible pointe de malt grillé laissant un fini grains presque de cracker.

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Deep clear golden colour with low but steady head. Medium body. Nose of hops. Taste of ripe hops, green apples, herbs and low malt. Nice balanced bitterness, fine carbonation. It’s the question what you expect of a CGP but whether you like that style or not, you notice that this here is a good-make quality product.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2013 Clear golden coloru with steady head and fine carbonation. Taste of ripe hops, mild citrus fruits, spruce and grass. Really nice one.

Sattes Gold-gelb im Glas, perfekte Schaumkrone. Ein duftiges, vielversprechendes Aroma. Der Antrunk ist körperreich, herzhaft-würzig und im Abgang ordentlich hopfig-herb. Ein tolles Pils, wo man die erlesenen Rohstoffe und die solide Braukunst mit jedem Schluck erschmecken kann. Vielleicht etwas sperrig, aber auf jeden Fall ein Maul voll Bier! Gebt mir mehr, viel mehr!!

Clear pale golden colour, firm and steady small white head. Dense malty aroma with grassy hops. Bittersweet flavour.

33cl bottle @ home shared with Thompson. Clear golden color, small white head that leaves fair lacing. Smell nothing but lightly malty. Taste malts, some grains, lightly bitter. Low to medium carbonation, low to medium body.

Small white head, which in short time dissapeared leaving a white lacing. yellow/golden colour. with not much visible carbo. smells and tastes somewhat daft. overall not that great. would not buy again. drank at the benzai’s place

Am Potts Pilsener gefällt zuerst die Farbe und der sähmige Schaum.
Es hat einen durchaus vollen Geschmack, der allerdings durch eine übertriebene Hopfenbittere geschmälert wird.
Daran muß man sich erst einmal gewöhnen.
Die Bitternote des Potts Pilsener haut ganz schön rein. Trotzdem ist ein annehmbares Pils, das ich als Appetitanreger empfehlen würde.Test vom 23.11.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Es riecht alkoholisch und hefig, der Geschmack zeichnet sich durch bittere Noten aus, welche besonders im Nachgeschmack etwas zu heftig sind. Etwas wässrig ist das Bier auch, ich habe schon erheblich besseres Pils getrunken.
