Bottle bought and consumed in Beckum, Germany. A very fruity, rounded, and malty pils (Dortmunder?), with good hopping as well. Nice stuff.

App.: Clear golden, moderate white head.
Aroma: An odd wet flour smell, a touch floral, a touch of sweet honey, minerally, a little wet ash.
Palate: Medium body, silky effervescence, a bit slick and flabby.
Flav.: Tons of wet cardboard, a touch of floral hops; dry with some bitterness, flabby, a touch of light malt.

Bottle. Hazy golden, low head. Chewy bready malt in nose and on the palate. Fruity notes, light on the hops initially, dry finish. More of a Märzen really. Dry grassy aftertaste.

aroma of hops, bitterness, mild sweet notes, almost almonds or marzipan. malty sweetness.
flavor is sweet, almonds, nice dry but a little flowery hoppy bitterness, malty sweetness.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty. Sweet malty and roasted flavoured, light cardboardish. Slight bitter and lingering roasted malty finish.

A golden pils with a thick creamy off white head. In aroma, very chalky and doughy malt, sweet, creamy, a bit cloying. In mouth, a very mineral pils with oxidized malt, German hops, lacking body and crispness, medium bodied. BB Oct. 4 2009. Bottle shared with Probstk, Nov. 26 2009. Merci Karl.

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, molasses, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, oxidide malt notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

Swing-top bottle. Sour milk barley malt and grassy hops aroma. Golden yellow color with giant head. Slightly sour milk, barley malt, and grassy hops flavor. More of a barnyard flavor than the average GCP - pretty tasty. Really like this one.

C;ear golden with medium white head. Sweet aroma with malty and caramel notes. Flavour was sweet with malty and caramel notes. Finished mild bitter from the hops.
