2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
0.5 L bottle bought @Pivoňka, Hradec Králové. Shimmering pale gold body. A medium blond head, quickly fading to layer of tiny bubbles. Sweet bready and light nutty malt aroma. No hops to speak of. Fairly sweet, bready malt flavor with hints of peppery caramel and faint sournness. Some bittering hops is noticable. Light to medium body strenght. Prickling mouthfeel. Short, light sweet, light fizzy ending. Quite a decent one, even better with some more hops added.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Herbs, pepper, and hay and bread in the aroma, slight burning/fusel/DMS. The flavor is all lemon-drenched sourdough bread, all bread, all grassy. Delectable. Not subtle, but a firm bitterness and a medium body. Great lacing on the glass, carbonation. One of the better low-priced bohemian pils on the market here in Poland. Nothing fancy.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
The label also read ’unpasteurised’, so either it is this one or it was some seasonal special ediction. Anyway, pours golden with thick albeit small head. Strong malt yeast taste, perceptable bitterness appears after a while to disappear in finish. Enjoyable.
