May 27, 2003 A great ESB. Very malty with minimal hop presence. The breadiness that Indra has mentioned comes through and stays the whole time. The mouthfeel is a tad on the thin side.

Mar 8, 2003 Fresh, fruity, pleasant hop aroma, with some light caramel, breadiness, cidery apple and pineapple. Darker amber in color, uneven head and slightly hazy with good lacing. More cidery fruity flavors, sweet grain, lightly spicy hop bitterness and some tea-like flavors. Light-medium body, palate on the watery side. Fruity hop aftertaste and sweetness. A little bit much in the way of cidery flavor and sweetness.
