Butelka, warka do 5 sierpnia 2015.

Aromat świetny - czekolada, rodzynki i plejada ciemnych owoców.

Bought a bottle of one year old batch at Tap House, kept it for 2 months at room’s temperature. Wow, wow, wow. Black, totally opaque. Chocolate, some coffee, raisins, plums, much alcohol but fits perfectly into style of the beer. Perfect beer.

Bottled one year old version bought at tap house, Kraków. Jet black beer with brown head, nice lasing, lasts really long. Powerfull aroma of dried fruits- figs, raisins, plums, almost same as in Mr.Hard, but here are some intense chocolate and coffe flavors to go with. Taste: heavy sweetnes, medium roasted bitterness to balance beer. Flavors same as in aroma, but chocolate, roastiness and coffe are dominating here instead of dried fruits. Well hidden alcohol. Flat, full body, oily, thick, long finish, creamy, as RiS should be. Overall: Hell yeah, great brother of Mr.Hard, aged for 1 year version is a brilliant beer. More balanced and a little bit more drinkable, but you have no doubt that this beers are similar. Great beer for degustation.

Bottle. Pitch black with medium, densed, mocca-like head. Low head retention. Mainly aromas of dark, milk chocolate, coffee, roasted malts. Flavour is sweet, chocolate and cappucino-like. Full bodied, oily and sticky texture, low carbonation finish is bitter and little dry, quite noticable alcohol warming. In general sweet stout, slightly unbalanced, mainly like chocolate liquor.

UPDATED: MAR 31, 2015 Tap, pours hazy black with beige had that reduces fast to a lacing. Aroma of milk chocolate, coffee, vanilla and some red fruits. In taste lot of cholate sweetness good balanced with delicate sourness and some coffee bitterness. Also some tartness noticable. Very full bodied and extremly drinkable. Best polish RIS i have ever tried and one of the best at all.
