Poured from the bottle into a trumpet glass to drink. The beer had a mostly clear gold-straw color with a modest foamy white head that had short retention, with light lacing and cling. Its aroma featured straw, grassy, and grainy hops, blended with some floral bits, and light barley malt notes. The taste had a crisp bitter grainy-grassy blend with a light sour mash component, a touch of straw, and no sweetness was present. The body was crisp, lively, and fizzy, with good carbonation, and was mostly dry with a thinner body, but still a somewhat thick mouthfeel.

Bottled, 500ml from Lidl, Bognor Regis, W.Sussex. Gold with short white head. There is a boggy wet dog aroma on opening the beer, thankfully not transferred into the flavour of the beer. Thin, slightly lemoned malts, grainy, sweetish notes. Doughy finish. Not great.

From Carrefour. In Paulaner glass. Watching Breaking Bad 5x07.Vulgar beer, a bit nasty but finishable. Doesnt deserve repetition when many cheaper beers would be a similar option

Botella 0,5 L. Rubia de amarillo claro y buena espuma blanca que pasa bien dejando gustos afrutados. Nada empalagosa que se agradece bien fresca. Cerveza fina y ligera que se queda en eso.

Bottle from Lidl. Has the right smell - moosing wet grassed. A bit flat. Taste is goodish. Sweetly fruit juicy. Fine really.

Authentic Czech Premium beer, imported. 500ml green skunk bottle, lidl, Edinburgh. Scent is light pilsener yeast. Pours medium golden bronze, transparent, with a minimal white head subsiding quickly. Scent is light pale malt with minimal apple notes. Taste is medium dense pilsener and pale malt, right level of sweetness. Apple tone a bit distracting. Good!

Chilled and into a tulip. Bright, medium gold with a tidy but not lasting, snow-whit drown. Clean, lively aroma of peppery and floral Noble hops, lemongrass and dried, green herbs with a good lift of sunny, toasted malts. Slightly sweet, slightly nutty front-end. Very light and almost delicate in feel with a spritz upfront. The malt of the aroma is here and is balanced by a peppery, noble hop rear that displays a clean bitterness and crisp finish. Nicely balanced, clean and refreshing. Two thumbs up! (11,2fl.Oz, BB 25/12/15, Int’l Beer Shop, Leederville)

Draught at Red Lion, Göteborg. Clear golden beer with a decent offwhite head. Malty bready aroma, caramel, grassy hops, some fruits. Malty caramel flavor, grassy hops, herbal, cardboard notes. Cold beer on alarm day should be better than this.
