Poured from the bottle into a trumpet glass to drink. The beer had a mostly clear gold-straw color with a modest foamy white head that had short retention, with light lacing and cling. Its aroma featured straw, grassy, and grainy hops, blended with some floral bits, and light barley malt notes. The taste had a crisp bitter grainy-grassy blend with a light sour mash component, a touch of straw, and no sweetness was present. The body was crisp, lively, and fizzy, with good carbonation, and was mostly dry with a thinner body, but still a somewhat thick mouthfeel.

Bottle at Kick-Off Sports Pub. Golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, with a hint of herbal hops, and a metallic touch of industrial lager. Malty flavour with herbal hops. Decent bitter finish.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours clear, pale golden with an average off-white head. Very grassy and grainy nose. Malt and hops hidden under a light metallic note. The taste is classic pils, sweet malty and grainy at first, light body towards the watery, ends bit metallic, light bitter. Not much else to say.

Bottled 500ml. -from some bar in Brežice. Pale golden coloured, small white head, mild grainy nose. Malty, grainy and watery with touch of herbal hops in the finish. Pretty boring beer.

(Can, 0.5 l - BB 25.09.15, 20141212) The beer poured golde and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, grass, butter, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A too sweet brew.

Ogi got this at that big hostel’s bar in Brežice, near the fest. Was supposed to be available at the fest, but wasn’t. Yay. Anyway, the label was mostly in Hebrew (?!), with further writing in Serbian, Croatian and Slovenian. You don’t see that often. The beer itself was golden, with a small-medium head. Doughy/grainy aroma, slightly sourish, with some herbal hoppy notes. Typical fare. The taste initially gave off some more of that grainy + herbal hop vibe, establishing it firmly as a run of the mill but flawless pils, but it’s just too watery in the end. Shame. You can do much worse than this, you can do much better than this.

0,5 bottle. Strong hops aroma, with grass notes. Colour is straw, minimal white head. Liquid is clear. Light sweet, medium bitter, some metallic notes in the taste. Lignt body with soft carbonation. Long bitter finish. Quite drinkable for it’s price.

Can from local supermarket. Metal, crisp and even light urea on the nose. Very dull palate and short flavors. Metallic, watery and malty taste.

I can’t say that I was much impressed. Dark golden, but the head not too kosher. Just too malty on the nose and flavour. There is still an aroma and taste of hops, but it is being smothered by that sweet syrup. No.
