Derek881 (945) - St. Petersburg, Florida, USA - JAN 25, 2013
Poured from the bottle into a trumpet glass to drink. The beer had a mostly clear gold-straw color with a modest foamy white head that had short retention, with light lacing and cling. Its aroma featured straw, grassy, and grainy hops, blended with some floral bits, and light barley malt notes. The taste had a crisp bitter grainy-grassy blend with a light sour mash component, a touch of straw, and no sweetness was present. The body was crisp, lively, and fizzy, with good carbonation, and was mostly dry with a thinner body, but still a somewhat thick mouthfeel.

Pours pale yellow, with medium white head. Aroma of straw, grass and corn. Some maltiness, and some hops. Moderate sweet, with slightly bitter finish.

Lowenbrau (1729) - Asturias, Oviedo, SPAIN - APR 7, 2014
500ml bottle from Hipercor, Oviedo. 07-04-2014.
In short: a poor lager.
Pours quite clear golden, with nice white head. Short head retention, poor lacing. Grainy, malty, corn aromas. Light body, high carbonation crispy texture. Taste follows the nose. Lots of sweet notes. Dull and boring.

MarkoNm (236) - SLOVENIA - MAR 28, 2014
Pours a completely clear, golden color and is topped with an average white frothy head that soon disappears almost completely. The aroma is gentle, although its malty and slightly grainy aroma is still easy to point out. The taste is exactly what you expect. Sweet start, balanced body and slightly bittery finish. Also slight metal kick in the aftertaste. A very nice beer that’s easy to drink, but you would expect a bit more form the Czech. Maybe.

Ei mikään kummoinen, mutta pitkän päivän jälkeen ihan toimi. Mauton perusteeksi. Tuomon luona siksi.

maxwelldeux (3069) - Everett, Washington, USA - MAR 16, 2014
Bottle. Pours a hazy dark golden color with almost no head on it. Nose has some light corn elements to it. Taste is definitely crisp like a decent lager, and has a lot of grains in there. Nothing terribly interesting, but not bad.

Gr0ve (2113) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 12, 2014
500 ml bottle from Meny Alna. Deep golden and crystal clear. Very small off-white head. Oily and somewhat floral aroma. Light maltiness. Crisp hop flavours. Floral. Relatively ow carbonation level. Light body. The finish is oily and tacky. Misses out on more action because of the missing carbonation.

inbirraveritas (1196) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 15, 2014
Bottled, 0.5 l. Clear deeper golden one with a medium sized white head on its top, which diminishes with time completely. Low-keyed malty nose. Aroma brings biscuits and herbs, mouthfeel is slick and somewhat thin. Short 2 medium long, bittersweet finish underpainted by metallic notes. Average.

500 ml green bottle, from Alcampo Gran Canaria. ABV is 4.7%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma, hints of grassy hops and dusty malts. Boring flavour, dusty malts and a little grassy hops, but this is not the best from the Czech.

Crisp and clear, sharp hops and nice malt profile. Fine active carbonation, small creamy head. Falls flat on palate, no finish.

Botella de 500ml. Vaso Pilsner. Color dorado y apariencia cristalina. Espuma blanca y corona fugaz. Aromas florales leves y de levadura, trazos sulfurosos y olores metálicos. Entrada chispeante y sabor granulado borrado por un terroso amargor. Cuerpo ligero y carbonatación molesta. Notas picantes y final reseco. Plana y desequilibrada. 500ml bottle. Pilsner glass. Gold color, clear appearance. White froth, brief crown. Slight floral & yeasty aromas, sulphur hues & metallic odors. Sparkling upfront. Grainy flavor swept out by earthy bitterness. Light body. Bothering carbonation. Spicy notes. Dry & dried finish. Flat & unbalanced.
