33cl bottle from MrHangover, euro Swap 5. Thanks! Black color, thick dense, brown head. Licorice, roastedness, salt, yeast, hops in aroma. Flavor is sweet with roasted malt, citrus, licorice, yeast and woody notes. Very dry finish. Full bodied, heavy stuff. Perhaps on the sweeter side for me . Massive beer.

Bottle from ABC Beers. Deep black pour with tan-moka foam. Aroma is quite roasty, intense piney hops, lots of herbal licorice notes, light molasses. Taste is bitter, roasty, licorice root, slightly smoky, resinous piney bitterness, a bit harsh. Palate is full bodied, creamy, well dosed alcohol. Not bad, but a bit too harsh.

33 cl bottle. Thanks tiong!
Pours black color with a small beige head. Aroma is burnt and malty, some mild licorice notes, roastiness, faint chocolate and distant coffee. Flavor of roasted malts, licorice, coffee notes, citric fruits and resinous hops. Medium to strong carbonation, fits this body perfectly, sweetish bitter and a bit burnt palate. Very nice and a positive surprise.

Aroma has fruits, juicy tones, roastiness and resiny notes. Also some vanilla and raspberries typical to BIPAs. Flavour has hops, woody tones, fruits and licorice. Finishes with salty licorice and distant herbal tones. Nice BIPA.

BBE 17-12-15 - Pours pitch black with a thick light brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, grassy hoppiness, citrus, dark chocolate and dark fruitness. Taste is smooth, lingering bitter, roasty, hoppy and citrusy with some grassy notes, dark chocolate, cocoa and coffee.
