Bottled, BB 17-12-15, large sample. Dark color, medium almost creamy brownish head. Aroma of roasted malts, hint of fruity candy, pine, grapefruit, dark chocolate, hint of cherry even. Quite bitter in taste, some malty sweetness in the back. Slight hint of alcohol, which is actually the only downside of the beer. I already liked till the bitter end and I am seriously impressed with the latest additions Praght has made. Another wonderful beer!

Poured a deep dark brown with a frothy fudge beige head. Aroma of roast malt, dark fruit and nuts. Medium to full body, flavour is mocha, toffee, plum, chewy berries. Dry, sweet end. Not sure I see much IPA here, but nice enough.

Bottle@home. Poured pitch black, and a massive beige foam. Licorice, honey, molasses, lime, citrus peel in the nose. First sip bring tons of coffee, dark chocolate, plum, ash. Starts out sweet that becomes a dry, roasty, bitter finish. Full bodied, smooth, well rounded. The taste of alcohol is barely present. Lasting bitter finish, with roasty, licorice notes. Well done.

A really fine one with some hops, citrus and nuts. Easy to drink with some "thin" moments (for that high ABV) and dry finish. Good one.

Bottle from Douberd - many thanks, Christos! The beer pours out in a deep black colour with low steady head and medium body. Aroma of fresh hops and nuts. Taste of fresh hops, roasted grains, nuts, spruce, herbs and spices. Flowery finsih. Very nice and great to drink - enjoyed it a lot.

Pitch back, bubbly generous brownish head, no carbonation. Smell is kiwis(?) and grapefruit over a very subtle nutty dark chocolate base. Some metal in there as well as resin. Taste is fruity orange alcoholic tartness set against leather and chocolate tones. Bitterness dominates but ends with a watery creamy finish. Bit of a schizophrenic beer. Delicious but I wouldn’t call it an Imperial Stout.

Bottle, 330 ml at home, poured into a snifter. ABV 9% I guess. Came into a bottle with the wrong label on. Pours a beer is a black on the body, with a tall and thick brown head. Good retention. Medium lacing left on the glass. Aroma is very hoppy, with citrus fruits, grapefruit, little bit of orange peel and on the back notes of roasted malts can be found. Taste follows the aroma, lots of citrus, hops, grapefruit and orange. Nice bitterness with long duration. A touch of alcohol too, it surely tastes more than 6% Medium body, good carbonation. Palate both dry and sticky. Overall very good, on par with more known beers. A little objection is the more than normal sentiment in the bottle that no matter how careful you pour it, finds it’s way into the glass.

Bottle. Pours a black beer with a big, frothy tanned head on top. Aroma doesn’t make you expect what the flavors give you. Light grassy and earthy hops with touches of licorice and a touch of booze. The flavor however, blew me away. Big sweet malty touches, full of licorice, molasses. Light hoppy touches in the background, giving it a nice balance. Malts are a bit more in the front of the flavor, making this full bodied and heat to sip. Alcohol is well hidden, long, sticky mouthfeel and very nice sweet finish. Great beer.
