Bottle. Golden colour, white head. Aroma mostly hoppy, some citrusy notes, reminds me of artificial orange juice, some candies. Taste is much the same, bitter aftertaste.

Bottle by my Secret Santa. Aroma artificial orange vitamin like. Almost clear golden colour. Okay white head. Taste has got the same weird character, which further develops into a phenolic medicinal offtaste producing harsh tart mouthfeel. Either harshly hopped or otherwise failed. Rather average.

As Oerpilsener. Aroma of light malt, some citrus fruity notes, light yeast, hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Nice Pilsner.

Unpasteurized ’pils’ with frothy, snow white, stable head and colour of ’old gold’, hazy. Aroma of bread, cheese, grains, soap, vanilla. Pale malts in the mouth, soft mouthfeel, grainy with sourish accent, relatively strong and dry hop bitterness in the finish. Very good Pilsener and far removed from a bland standard lager.

Bottled from Lekker Bier, as Oerpilsener 5.6%, BB 12-12-2014, large sample, served in a shaker. Almost clear yellow to golden color, huge white head with quite dense lacing. Aroma of lots of noble hops, slight grassy, bit spicy, hint of butter belonging to the style. Medium grainy bitterness, slight sweet. Not perfectly clean and crips, but getting close. A bit too caramelly and a bit too much off-flavors perhaps. Still, I like it.

Bottle shared with dEnk. Very hazy pale yellow color with a lot of yeast residu floating in it. Smell and taste is lightly malts, surprisingly hoppy, nicely bitter. Actually a lot better than expected.

Bottle shared by Joes. Clear yellow to golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly grains, lightly sweet-bitter and a touch of herbs or spices in the background. Medium body, medium to full carbonation.

Thanks to Deanso. Amber with a thick lasting, frothy, super lacy head. A bit of fruit and veg smell and undertones of pale malt. Medium thin body. Taste of sweet fruit, lemon, apple, grape, with a lager malt finish. Drinkable but does have a bit of that hay pale lager in the finish.

33cl bottle. Nice label. A fairly decent pilsner. I hate having to fill in space... ;-)
