Pours an opaque dark dark brown with brown 1 finger head with moderate lacing. Strong roast, dark chocolatey aroma. Well balanced and not boozy. A little creamy hint of sweet and hint of bitter. Very full bodied with soft carbonation. Long mildly bitter finish. Delicious.

330 ml bottle from ALEHouse, Riga. Pours dark brown, with a small brown head. Aroma has alcohol, cocoa and coffee, bitter chocolate too. Alcohol is quite strong and biting - after all this beer has 13% of it. Taste is actually milder than I thought, alcohol is not so overpowering here, although it is definitely present. Cocoa nibs and well-roasted coffee are coming out nicely, reminding me another collaboration from Prairie Ales - Spaghetti Western. What I like here is the fact that this beer is not cloyingly sweet but rather dry. Chilly is coming out in the aftertaste and the beer finishes with a strong flavourful spicy finish. Big beer that is not too sweet and with quite pure flavours. Very very enjoyable

Great coffee flavor that leaves a really nice aftertaste. Very dark color. Not too heavy/thick for a stout. Awesome collaboration from prairie and evil twin.

Probably one of the better prairie big beers for me. The base beer is still just so impressive here and dominant. The treatments adding faint complexity but still there. Nice roasty malt and bittersweet coffee base beer. Little bit of vanilla aroma and flavors. Lots of cocoa and chocolate malt. Good sweetness. No alcohol, that part is totally chill.

Bottle. Pours black with deep tan head. Aroma coffee, dill, vanilla, a little fresh garden. Taste is very wood, full bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry. Overall, really good.

Bottle from Patrick. Pours a dark black-brown, little bit of tan head. Aroma roasty and rich very complex, coffee, oak, cacao, not much vanilla. Body medium, with a rich, swirling sweetness, lingering almost tangy roasty bitterness, not really much in the way of warming. Well done.

Bottle from adnielsen. Thanks Aaron! Pours a oily black color with tan head. Deep roasty, coffee, chocolate, slight mineral aromas. Coffee, thick chocolate syrup, chili pepper flavors. Flavors balance really well and none overpower the others, although I don’t really get any of the vanilla.

Bottle. Pours a thin black with a thin tan head. Coffee and ash on the nose, lots of coffee. Long coffee and roast. A bit of chipotle.

Pitch black, brown head. Aroma is hint of vanilla, cocoa, dust, spices, espresso. Strange underlayers that give me the hint that this is very dry, and it is. Old coffee blended with spices, still some vanilla and cocoa notes. Lacking sweetness. This is good but not by any means phenomenal. I do believe though that this must barrel age pretty well.
