12-oz. Thanks, N! Wow! Pours jet black with a dense and moussy burnt tan head. The whole sweet mess shows through on the nose--mostly big coffee, but with sweet roasty dark chocolate, vanilla, and bits of fruit. Sticky thick body with slow carb. Roasty dark chocolate, coffee, cherry, and a bit of vanilla on the mid palate. Long heavy sweet finish. Big beasty beer.

Bottle generously shared by Sparky! Ebony pour with a tightly packed mocha head. Godiva chocolate, maple, molasses, Starbucks, split vanilla bean, and chili heat. Sweet, savory, and spicy. The capsaicin is integrated well and the brownie batter richness is delicious. Nicely done!

12 oz. bottle, pours an oily jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is decadent and complex, with notes of vanilla, cocoa, rich espresso and light roasted malt. Flavour is just as decadent, with lots of roasted malt upfront, followed by vanilla, subtle cocoa and very small hint of chili peppers. Silky smooth palate – this decadent treat somehow manages to avoid any cloyingness. An excellent blend of two already excellent impie stouts.

Taste is sweet and bitter, coffee, cacao and spicy. Full body, creamy, soft carbonation, long bitter cacao spicy finish. The alcohol is very well hidden.

Black with a small espresso coloured head, oily on the surface. Aroma has the usual chili/bell pepper vegetal thing going on, spices, vinous notes, plums (?) and too much alcohol. Taste has dark chocolate, strong coffee, chili. sweetness, alcohol is well hidden. Medium/full body, high and prickly carbonation, round mouth feel. Long bitter after taste.
Pretty much like a weaker version of Bomb! apart from the alcohol.

355ml bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla in the aroma, very well balanced with a hoppy bitterness, noticeable alcohol but given the strength is well hidden. medium sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, oily, slick feel, soft carbonation. Excellent Impy.

So good. Incredible sweet chocolate coffee vanilla aroma, perfect balance of sweet, bitter rich and spiced, big silky smooth mouthfeel, lasting coffee, spice. Complex, perfect balance. I want to say more but I feel like I wouldn’t do this beer justice.

Fantastic beer with chocolate, coffee and vanilla notes. This is something You can not forget. Very rich and full, alcohol is very good masked, and it’s a subtle essence to whole beer.
