COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Let’s face it – we love big, flavorful stouts. As luck would have it, our friend Jeppe at Evil Twin Brewing feels the same way. We decided to brew a beer together that took elements from our favorite stouts we each produce to come together as one beer. Bible Belt takes elements we love from Prairie Bomb! and combines them with Evil Twin Brewing’s world famous stout, Even More Jesus. The end result is a smoky, spicy stout that is sure to please the pallet.

Bottle at Waypoint Public. Pours a coffee black with a small tan head. Nose is rich with a full roast coffee and nice dark chocolate notes. Wonderful full coffee flavor on the entry with a sweet vanilla and chocolate undertone. The chili is really in the finish and is far from over powering but there with a nice twist. Wonderful mouth, creamy with a bit of astringency to open up the buds. Really nice brew.

September 17, 2014 - at Craft Clerkenwell; keg. Even at something like 5 Pounds 50 the half this was stunning - I had two, because I was taking my brother-in-law around to my favorite places this day (Black Friar, Southampton Arms then Craft Clerkenwell, so he could experience a wide range of pub styles) - to this day, one year later, he still asks if he can get this beer - he even wanted the recipe because he figured he might be able to make it at home (ha!). Anyway. Highest rated beer of my 2014 London Trip. Pretty gorgeous beer - black, thick-looking, with a large and lasting creamy light brown head - a thing of beauty. Aroma is also stunning - all chocolate and coffee - yes, alcohol, but this is big in all ways - lush, only a little bitterness, and there is an earthy character which I guess is the chillies; wicked awesome!! The taste - wow, follows, and even more chilli pepper heat, also a little lactic too - yum. Thick, richly velvety, almost syrupy mouthfeel, very airy but not overly carbonated (I like my stouts and impies to not dance too much on the tongue), finishes with waves of roast chocolate and coffee - superb stuff, worth the price.

Aroma is massive from molasses, chocolates, wet wood,. Taste is malty chocolates, roasted coffee with a sweetness that is thick. Chili sting if you hold a sip for a few seconds before you swallow. It bites like needles in the roof of your mouth.

Tap (Szynkarnia, Wroclaw). Totalnie czarne i nieprzejrzyste z brazowa piana, ktora szybko znika i niespecjalnie zdobi szklo. Aromat intensywny, slodki z nutami czekolady, wisni w czekoladzie, palonymi a to wszystko mocno przykryte nuta szlachetnego alkoholu, skerry, rumu. Czekoladowe w smaku z malutka palona nuta i niewyczuwalnym alkoholem, ktory calkiem agresywnie atakuje nozdrza w aromacie.

Black, medium brown head. Aroma is chocolatey maltiness with some spice notes (noteably chilli). Sweet with balancing bitter notes, lovely spicy palate with smokey and chocolatey notes following through. Wonderful.
