COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra is a light, sessionable farmhouse ale. It is crisp with notes of black pepper and orange and goes perfectly with food.

Poured into teku showing bright translucent yellow with two fingers of clean white foam. The nose shows a lot of brett and farmhouse aromas. The palate is aggressively carbonated with a lot of the same. Surprisingly not very tart but with a slight sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Reminds me a lot of an aged Orval.

Bottle. Nice. Light herbal, lots of grain. Touch of fruitiness, bit of bitterness, almost little bit spicy. Nice. Vanilla ice cream with little spicy twist.

Short, 12oz bottle. Hazy orange color. Smells of straw, and mixed berries. Tastes of heavy hay/straw. Finishes with a straw flavored earthy bitterness. Very airy, active carbonation. Tastes like the barn at the farm. (4275)

Weird beer, not bad but not good somehow. Probably because of personal tastes... Part of it is from the Blanche (white beer) genre.

Aroma of saison rather weak. First in the mouth is saison like but then we are coming close to a Belgian white beer.

Couleur blanchâtre. Goût de saison très peu accentué. Il y a un second goût qui Ressemble à une blanche qui reste en arrière goût .

Bottle. Tallboys, Leeds. Hazy straw colour. Full, thick, lasting, bright white head. Spicy, peppery, bready, grainy malts. Lemon rind punchiness. Juicy Fruit gum. Taste is light dry. Hint of bitter. Soft, airy palate. Tad on the thin side. Finishes light dry. Starts great, and then tails off. Very drinkable though.

Very soft smooth frothy pour, even a smooth pouring sound because of the foam. Lovely. Aroma is slight pine, lemon, witbier, sweet czech hops. Taste is dry, smooth to the palate, more full-bodied in flavour than the ABV allows to suspect. Aroma grows on you, initially a tad too light for me but excellent farmhouse ale as a starter of your evening.

330ml bottle pours a hazy straw color with a finger and a half of white head that retains well and leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus (lemon and lime) with some grains and yeasty notes. Taste is a citrus tartness with a grainy malty sweetness and a dry yeasty finish. Medium bodied with good carbonation that provides a pleasant sensation on the palate. A very full flavored brew despite its low ABV. Highly recommended.

Spot on saison. On tap at cottonwood. Pineapple coloured body. Lace residue. Grows on me. Tropical spice.
