Lovely saison, yet way too simple and low bodied for my liking. Citrusy, mostly orange with lemon peel, some spices, coriander, light yeast presence. Moderate to light sweetness with light bitterness. Simple, but refreshing brew.

355mL bottle from Slowbeer. Brewed on 27.9.4 Hazy straw body, holds a tight white head. Moderate intensity nose; quite fruity - hay, grainy cereals, with ripe stonefruit esters, floral spice, peppery phenolics. Reasonably lively carbonation, medium bodied, yet dry, well-attenuated, a touch of acidity, excellent length. Light touch of cereal malt upfront opens out to fruity notes of apple, lemon, stonefruits, with spicy, floral, slightly minerally notes on the finish, lingering. Moderate bitterness, dry overall. Intriguing little beer, like a light Saison - enjoyable!

Bottle from Mitsuya’s Liquors. Poured into a tulip. Hazy deep golden color with a small quickly dissipating head. Nose is all barnyard, cardamom, yeast, and citrus. Medium body. Slightly tart on the palate with fruit (pear) and pepper present. Rich and smooth mouthfeel with a nice dry and crisp finish. Great saison.

Draft pour at Bottleworks. Pours a bright, glowing golden color with a patchy fizz head. Pretty standard good saison here. High carb and medium spice up front with a sweeter lemon finish. Very tasty and refreshing. Nice saison.
