Bottle from Vaaland, Bryne. Pours hazy golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma is spicy, weak funky farmhouse. Taste is light sweet, with a delicious toffeeish malty sidenote, some crisp hops with pepper and weak farmhouse. Sweet long finish.

Flaske. Orangegul meget let diset med et fint skumhoved. Duften er let stald med en smule syrlig frugt. Smagen er ovre i det inficeret hvis det havde været mere og ikke planlagt. Nu fungerer det bare rigtig fint. Super øl.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 25B). Bottle 35.5 cl - Batch unknown. AROMA: baked beans-like aroma dominates, with some papery notes. very faint orange like aroma. no characteristic brett aromas noticeable APPEARANCE: hazy orange-like color. thin white head with low retention. FLAVOUR: cooked vegetables flavour, mixed with notes of oxidation. non-hop bitterness. dry, powdery and almost astringent finish. PALATE: low body with low carbonation. astringent with a burn-like sensation. OVERALL: a batch that didnt make the trip across the pond.

Flaska Bishops örebro. Lätt disig gul vätska med småbubbligt skum. Vinös doft med lite stall och jenka. Len och frisk smått pepprig smak. Unga äpplen, hö, citrus och jäst. Spritsig kolsyra

Had a sample at World of Beer Fest Milwaukee. Decent saison with nice hints of orange that make the taste enjoyable, while it has a slightly spicy aftertaste. It’s good in small doses.

Gott
