COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra is a light, sessionable farmhouse ale. It is crisp with notes of black pepper and orange and goes perfectly with food.

This farmhouse ale poured a huge frothy white head on a light golden ale. Biscuity base with an Earthy herbal spiced yeast flavor. I like a sweeter spice to Saisons personally. Easy drinking session saison.

Satisfying though not spectacular farmhouse beer in the rustic style with a mostly grainy flavor and some nice light citrus tartness, hints of pepper in the midpalate. Very solid, but not going to push out Hennepin at a higher price point.

bottle at Wino’s Depot / Bowling Green KY --- Cloudy light amber with a smooth white head cover, broken sheets of lace. Taste is malt and wheat with a little sour mixed in that explodes with clean hops on the swallow, followed by a little malt re-emerging in a long cleansing finish. For sure a good food beer, but just as satisfying by itself. Recommended.

My Bottom Line:
Banana esters, herbal hops and cereals whirl about in this fizzy and rustic brew.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam tops the cloudy beige.
-The flavor profile is a tad too murky for my tastes.
-Balancing hop bitterness is quite enjoyable.
-The dryness increases drinkability.

Bottle.

36cl, new exclusive American brew Anno 2014, from Geers Oostakker, complex brew, floral/malty and slightly spicy, balanced, cloudy, rocky head, nice brew, yet expensive!

Birra molto tranquilla, discretamente maltata e con una sfumatura leggermente floreale. Piacevole e fresca, ma niente di entusiasmante.

A hazed murky yellow Saison with a thick frothy white head. In aroma, nice fruity biscuit malt with light Brett and lemony notes, grassy hops, very nice. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light lemony notes, light Brett, very nice. Bottle.

Bottle. This is a nice simple saison for fall drinking. I liked the slight sour edge and musty after taste.
