Funky aroma. The taste is a little funky but also citrusy. Refreshing. Dry and bitter finish.

Above average saison. Not overly exciting but at 4.4% it’s pretty awesome. Probably more flavor than a lot of Belgian singles.

Pretty good, nothing that will change your life but it’s a saison and it tastes good. Light sweet peppery aroma with slight bubble gum. Taste is sweet, more of that pepper and a breadiness. Overall it’s a nice tasting fresh saison.

draft at pickled pig, billed as crisp cracker malts, herbal hops and fresh pepper...pours is light yellow saison with good carbonation..nose is all saison and a pretty damn good farmhouse ale at that..extremely light bodied, easy to drink, dry finish, with some spicey character..does pair well with food..how is it that downstate gets Prarie and upstate doesn’t see this at all? Remains a mystery?

Light yellow looks, with almost no head at all. Aroma has yeast, sweet fruits and some malts. Taste is a bit mild, some sweet fruits and yeast. Light body and medium carbonation. A light and easy-to-drink saison.

"Pours a cloudy golden color. A two finger white head forms, but recedes quickly leaving some decent lace. The nose is really mild. Banana, and clove with a hint of funk. Flavors of banana and cloves up front and light funk. Finishes with a bit of pepper, and lemon. A light body and prickly carbonation with a dry finish. Overall its ok, my expectations were high, too high, maybe.
