Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

Bottle. Heavy malt aromas of molasses, dark chocolate and strong coffee, light herbs for the hops, moderate to heavy earth for the yeast, with soy sauce, vanilla and red pepper. Head is small, wispy, light brown, with spotty lacing and good legs and is fully diminishing. Color is very dark brown. Flavor starts heavily sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes moderately to heavily sweet and moderately bitter. Palate is full, syrupy with a carbonation between soft and lively, and finishes heavily alcoholic, chewy and sticky, with a mild capsicum burn. Maybe a touch too sweet, but the rest o this Imperial Stout is smooth, complex and a bit of heat in the back end.

Black color with medium foam. Strong chocolate with moderate coffee. Nice chili finish that could be even stronger. Decent stout, I like.

12 oz bottle poured. Much thanks to Sandra for the share. Pours black with a tan fizz head. Chocolate heavy aroma with coffee and chile spice. Matching flavor. Love the pepper character. Coffee finish. Delicious.

subtle chocolate grassy nose; very little head (from chili’s); front pallet taste is a bit like bitter medicine; taste is balanced with cocoa nibs and a subtle chili flavor. I really don’t taste much coffee or vanilla bean flavor as advertised. Back pallet taste has a bitter / burnt molasses type flavor.

Svart med nästan inget skum. Väldigt söt smak med choklad och chili på slutet. Väldigt len och trevlig. Gillar! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A nice sweet cocoa aroma. The flavor has a nice blend. It taste of bitter dark chocolate, sweet cocoa, coffee and sweet marshmallows with a shallow bite of chile at the end. A good treat for dessert!
