355ml brown bottle. Black pour, small light brown head. Huge amount of rich dark coffee in the nose, roast and dark chocolate. Taste has big dark roasted corfee notes, rich. Late alcohol, coffee and dark bitter chocolate aftertaste. Rich, but smooth for such a big beer, pretty awesome.

Pretty good beer. Nice chocolaty and coffee taste. Even though it’s got chilly peppers its not spicy. Its not boozy at all and its pretty good.

355ml bottle pours black in color with a small light brown head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is roasted grains, coffee and chocolate with some vanilla notes. Taste is a roasted grain and coffee bitterness with a chocolate malt sweetness finishing with some vanilla and pepper. Medium to heavy bodied with good carbonation for the style. Well crafted, this is a balanced and flavorful brew. Recommended.

I’m not a huge fan of chili flavored beers but this one is pretty good. You get more of the pepper skin instead of the heat. You also get the coffee and other elements mentioned in the description as well.

red wax, light beige ring, black in the centre, light brown on the edges, appears to leave slightly oily residue when swirled, served in a snifter, aroma is Hennessy cognac in the background, cigarette ash, dark chocolate
pallette is scorched roast, as in those chocolate bars with crunchy cocoa nibs. mouthfeel is pleasant, sifty, creamy,
a bit of heat on the finish is a nice added kick
