COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

A great interesting, yet heavy beer. Pours a deep, super thick black with a tan head. Smells of chocolate, coffee, vanilla and slight chilis. Taste is like a milk shake, with lots of coffee and vanilla, some chocolate and some warming chilis in the finish. Good stuff. Had in the bottle.

Bottle @ Zeebra 2015, small sample. Dark color, short frothy head. Aroma of roasted malts, quite some coffee, bit dark chocolate. Medium bitter from roast and coffee. Slight boozy. Bit too heavy on the coffee for me.

The amount of peppers was ok for me, but it seems people who aren’t used to this, really think it’s overdone and ruins the beer a bit. I did like this mixture of coffee and chocolate together with the peppers, could be even some more peppers for me. It just missed a small boost in general for me.

Distinct chile pepper aroma. Thick cocholate and coffee with peppers coming through only in the aftertaste, but they are still a bit too much present for my taste.

On tap at Blue Monk in Buffalo, NY. Have had a taster of this a few times but never a full pour. Little bit pricy but went for it. Wow, lovely. Coffee, chocolate, a little bit of spice with the chiles. Can’t even put it into words, simply one of the best beers I’ve ever had.

Flaska systembolaget. Svart vätska med brunt skum. Mustig och rostad smak med kaffe och choklad. Kraftfull och fyllig smak med choklad, lite vanilj, soja och torkad frukt. Mjuk och rund o mun. Skönt bitter efterton

12 oz bottle from Triangle Wine for 9.49. Last bottle; yay me! Pours black as a night with what I think is the darkest brown head on a stout I’ve ever seen. Aroma is massive chocolate and coffee with a pepper backing. Taste is again chocolate and coffee up front. Vanilla flavors come through better in the taste too. Very slight lingering heat on the back end that’s just enough to let you know it’s there. Body is a heavy, oily, thick stout. Overall this is a fantastic imperial stout. Huge flavors, huge body, a great beer.
