Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

Massive aromas of chocolate, toffee, dark cacao, cocoa powder, sharp chile pepper skin, raisins, coffee, dark malts and burnt caramel. Pours pitch black with absolutely no foam whatsoever. Taste is massively complex with silky smooth chocolate, chocolate milk, dark malt syrup, toffee, caramel, tons of light vanilla creme, espresso, and a domination of of chile pepper. Finishes remarkably smooth with residual chocolate syrup, chile pepper, vanilla and hints of latte. Overall, very impressive. Tons of flavors going on but they somehow all come together so well. Chile pepper is definitely present but brings no heat, neither does the alcohol for that matter. Very impressive.

Rich dark brown/black color; Heavy slightly creamy body; Aroma of toasted malt, rich espresso/coffee beans, chocolate, & vanilla; Flavor of roasted sweet malt, caramel, espresso/coffee, vanilla, chocolate, some dark fruit, and subtle chili peppers; Very nicely balanced & complex; The alcohol is well hidden; Somewhat mellow - but awesome!

This is the one beer that blew me away the first time I had it. There are many great stouts out there, but in my humble opinion this is the one that sits on the thrown

Bottle @ ZEBF 2015. Aroma of roasted gritty coffee, vanilla and mild chili. Tastes very dry, with mocha, vanila, roasted coffee and a mild chili afterburn. Balanced and tasty.

Bottle from SB 150623. Tar black with a dark brown surprisingly weak vanishing head. Very rich taste but with very much vanilla. A bit too sweet but with a nice bite from the chili. Also a beatufil coffee taste. An exceedingly rich and nice imp stout but just a wee bit too sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A great interesting, yet heavy beer. Pours a deep, super thick black with a tan head. Smells of chocolate, coffee, vanilla and slight chilis. Taste is like a milk shake, with lots of coffee and vanilla, some chocolate and some warming chilis in the finish. Good stuff. Had in the bottle.

Bottle @ Zeebra 2015, small sample. Dark color, short frothy head. Aroma of roasted malts, quite some coffee, bit dark chocolate. Medium bitter from roast and coffee. Slight boozy. Bit too heavy on the coffee for me.
