Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

Pours a black body with tiny tan head. Aroma gives lots of roasted coffee and cocoa, some vanilla and hints of pepper. Taste is dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla with a touch of chilli. There is great amount of sweetness but nicely balanced by roasty flavour. Medium to full body with smooth mouthfeel.

0.355l bottle. Pitch black body, thin brown head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, cocoa, coffee and caramel. Taste of chocolate, coffee, cream, vanilla, caramel and peppers. Sweet imperial stout without any significant hop character. The pepper is a nice twist in it. Very nice.

12 fl oz bottle via Piscator34. Pours an opaque brown with a small mocha head. Aromas are rich coffee, chocolate, black liquorice, and tobacco. Tastes are chocolate, red liquorice, and alcohol. Full bodied, minimal carbonation, alcohol warmth on a surprisingly short finish. While I’m normally not a big fan of the imperials, this one wasn’t bad.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2016 From Saveur-Biere. In Teku glass. Watching Supercup Final between Sevilla and Real Madrid. The best chili beer Ive taken. The chili never tires and provides a very recomforting warming. To enjoy in short sips.

12oz (0,355l) bottle at home. There is some writing on the neck that says 21515, which I am not sure if it means bottled. black color, quite small coffee-colored head. smells bitter herbal, coffee grounds, vanilla, green peppers, light chilis, overall not a very pleasant smell for a beer (too much green peppers for me). full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of vanilla, milk chocolate, licorice, some alcohol, green peppers, light chili burn. finishes lightly roasty with notes of licorice and chili burn. hmm, tastes a bit heavy and I am not a fan of vanilla to begin with, overall dont like the combination of green peppers and vanilla. hrm well, i guess not my kind of imp stout.

Bottle. Black with a tan head. Aroma was strong chocolate and vanilla with only a slight hint of the chilli pepper in the taste. It was a little sweet. The abv was well hidden. Well worth the wait to get this one.

Coffee colored with a thick tan head. Coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla and chili aromas. Heavy sweetness throughout. Mild carbonation. Heavy coffee flavor with chocolate and pepper. Big malty flavors with a deceptive 13% ABV. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
