COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

Pink wax - coffee lovers unite. Plenty of coffee and bitter chocolate. Some vanilla and the chili peppers are very subtle. Fairly harsh but above average for sure. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

375ml bottle, thanks Treebs! Original review 06-27-13.

Pours black, mocha-colored head, thin ring. Nose is smooth booze, chocolate, burnt sugars, and a nice mix of vanilla & light spice. Flavor is bourbon, chocolate, and vanilla with the perfect touch of chili spice on the finish. Body is full, light carbonation, creamy rich finish.

A really nice beer that lived up to the hype. I’ve had several different batches since and it seems they’ve really dialed in the recipe, because they’re all equally great.

This is a fascinating beer. Opaque with a small slick of beige bubbles for a head. The nose is an odd combination of coffee, chocolate and pepper heat. Those flavors all come out when you drink it. Strong coffee and chocolate tastes with lots of vanilla and a heat that blooms in the finish. The longer it sits on your tongue the hotter it gets. It hides the alcohol well. Very well balanced giving how many flavors are fighting for prominence. Worth seeking out.
