Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

Cervesa amb un fort aroma i gust a xocolata i a cafè, textura avellutada molt agradable. Cerveza con un fuerte aroma y sabor a chocolate y a café, textura aterciopelada muy agradable.

On tap at Barley Brothers in Winnipeg. Super dark and velvety. Coffee and chocolate with a creamy texture and fantastic depth. One of my favourites of all time.

This is an awesome and gorgeous imperial stout. She’s packed with a sweet coffee chocolate vanilla tongue and a chili pepper tang finish. Damn good combination balance and applaud the brewer for this fine product. Really enjoyed and you will too...boom!!!

Bottle shared by Douglas. Big thanks! A: Opaque black, ring of mocha head, and legs. N: Char, cocoa, coffee/espresso, vanilla, black olive, big smoke and char, a touch of the chili peppers, some soy sauce, and cinnamon. T: Spicy, very sweet, neither bitter nor cloying. M: Oily, thick body, fizzy carbonation, hidden alcohol. O: This is balanced and very pleasing. I think they did an excellent job of integrating the spice level, in particular. Not quite as over the top as Hunahpu’s, but a damn fine specimen nonetheless.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy black color with a small beige head. A fruity peppery nose quite lovely. The flavor is licorice, chocolate, vanilla, heat, roast, cocoa. Massive flavors. Works very well. Spicy green pepper. Awesome.

Black colour, tan head. Aroma of coffee, lots of vanilla, vanilline. Sweet vanilla flavour, quite bitter, malts, coffee. Finish vanilla, coffee, hint of chili pepper heat.

On draft. Near black in colour with moderate carbonation. Aromas are of Kahlua filled dark chocolates. Tastes like a lightly carbonated Black Russian cocktail, with notes of smooth coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla and vodka. A bit of chili heat creeps in at the back end. Heavy bodied with a very mellow mouthfeel. I understand why a lot of raters are into this one, but I kinda miss some of the more aggressive roast notes that other coffee aged Imperial stouts have. It’s just a little too smooth for me.
