4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. Complex nose dominated by chocolate. Drinks sweet with a lingering bitterness accentuated by pepper notes as the bitterness fades. Coffee dominates the flavor profile, cherry shines through. Pepper heat builds as you drink. Alcohol content is buried in complex flavors.

Bottle. Opaque black liquid with small to medium tan head. Aroma of coffee, vanilla, licorice, light ash, toast, chocolate, biscuit and light chili. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of coffee, biscuit, smoked chili, chocolate and vanilla. Medium to full bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice, could have been more viscous.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Blue wax into a Prairie teku. Black as the night pour with a good size mocha head that fizzles out fairly quickly. Aroma is super rich chocolate, molasses, coffee, spice, malty roast. Taste is phenomenal. Rich chocolate, pepper heat as it warms, molasses, espresso. The thing that impresses me is that there is no alcohol heat or sweetness. Super thick, mouth coating. Just fantastic.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2014 Bottle thanks to artmcd8. Rerated with less than a week old bottle from OK. Poured very dark brown almost black with monster creamy tan head and super lace. Light spice in the aroma with tons of coffee choc caramel. Light carb med body. Strong choc coffee bitter taste with spice finish. Not a fan of the spice element doesnt seem natural.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle at Greg’s with friends. Pour is pitch black with a frothy brown head and great lacing. Big green peppers, coffee, cocoa, sweet malty, roasty, somewhat earthy, and graham crackers in the aroma. Taste is sweet, yet smooth - deep dark chocolate, espresso, dark cherries, pie crust, vanilla, and toasted bread with light heat on the backend. Sticky, mouth-coating body with soft carbonation. The perfect combination of sweet and deep complex with the perfect amount of heat on the finish.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2014 Black with a tan, lacy lasting, thin head. Smells of deep roast, chilli, and a lot of coffee with a hint of vanilla. The smell is fantastic. Full oily body. Tastes of oily dark chocolate with a sweet ashy, chilli, malty coffee finish. Bit on alcohol on the lips. Leaves the mouth ashy with chocolate and bitter roast. Yummy. Defiantly on the far end of the spectrum
