Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

Wowswers....a lot going on here. Dark black. Dark khaki lacing. Thick chocolate. Subtle vanilla. Even more subtle chili, but not spicy at all. I am shocked this is 14% abv....its so drinkable.

Pours evil black. Almost no head, but I suspect that’s because of the bar line rather than the beer. Aroma is chock full of chocolate and licorice, vanilla, coffee with milk, raspberry, and more chocolate. Honestly, this thing smells like a dessert. Taste has a lot of coffee flavors, lots of chocolate, cream, dark caramel, and sheer happiness.

Rich aroma of coffee, vanilla and cocoa. Pours black with a thin, tan head. Such a rich taste of everything which is good; coffee, chocolate, vanilla and chili. Very balanced, just rich and so full of flavour. Full bodied, flat and a long, vanilla chili finish. Outstanding.

Tasted from bottle. Pours black with a very thin tan head that fades quickly. Aroma is chocolate, coffee and a little pepper. Not a huge robust aroma. Taste is big time cocoa, coffee, vanilla, pepper, caramel. Excellent flavor. Overall an incredibly well done imperial stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours near black with a fine tan head. Nose is relatively restrained with somechocolate, mocha, and light ppepper to go with a bit of alcohol heat. Flavor is far richer and leans heavily toward chocolate but with plenty of subtle complexity. Alcohol is present but not too badly considering the abv. A little bit thinner bodied than expected. Long and very sticky finish.

The best Imperial Stout I have had to date. Bottle, pours black with light head. Aroma of treacle, chocolate, mild coffee, slight alcohol. Taste is big big chocolate, more chocolate, vanilla, slight caramel coffee. Finish is low bitterness of coffee and alcohol with a hint of chili at the end, creamy fairly thick mouthfeel. I’ll probably never get hold of this gem again.

Very dark brown color. Huge nose of cacao, pepper, coffee, dark chocolate and roasted malts. Very nice sweet malty. Sweet, full bodied, lots of pepper, coffee, caramel, alcohol so well hidden. Mildly sweet. Perfectly put together with coffee and pepper lingering in the finish.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2016 Pitch black color with no head. Aroma of dark chocolate and espresso. Flavor is mostly dry cocoa. Very full bodied. Light roast. Some boirbony vanilla. Faint heat that takes half a bottle to show. It’s tasty, but there honestly is not much here.

12 oz. bottle. Pours oily black brown with a thick mocha head that settles to a thin film. Aroma has noticeable chili peppers over riding chocolate roasted malt and coffee. Taste is smooth chocolate malt vanilla with tons of coffee flavor and the pepper just creeps all the way through without stealing the show. Palate is full rich little oily. Awesome stout!

Not much aroma. Maybe after it warms. Pitch black, brownish tan head. Taste is dark Hershey chocolate. Coffee roaster with a hint of spice. Thick, sweet. This is awesome.
