COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

Bottle to glass. Aroma is incredible. Chocolate, coffee, vanilla and a hint of chilli. All come through in the aroma. Coffee was strongest but as it warmed the vanilla really came through. Coffee is the dominant taste but chocolate is noticeable in the finish. I was missing the chilis but half way through I could feel a little burn. Perfectly carbonated medium mouthfeel. Really well done.

Shared 12 oz. bottle viscously poured to a fest glass, showing a black/brown hue, with a presentable layer of brownish tan head foam, and spots & strands of lacing. The aroma was an expressive nose of baker’s chocolate, coffee, with caramel, toffee, & vanilla sweetness. Full bodied, with soft carbonation, and a silky texture to the mouthfeel, the taste was similar notes, adding a bit of woodiness, well incorporated alcohol presence, and a low but lingering touch of pepper that punctuated the finish. Rich & robust!

Pours a motor oil black with a medium thick head and decent retention. Big aromas of dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, wood, caramel, toffee, (no alcohol noticed). Oh, did I mention chocolate! The flavors are a BOMB!!!!!!! Big wood, chocolate, caramel, toffee, vanilla coffee, earth, nutty, and WOW!!!! Highly sweet, I’m talking HIGHLY atomic. Drank on the first day of my family reunion in Friona Texas 7/21/16. Light smoky finish. Not much of it is that cloying. The alcohol is very well hidden with the volume of malt and other ingredients. Impressive.

UPDATED: JUL 16, 2016 1 - 1.5yr old bottle. Pours black as night with a thin, tan head that fades to a ring. Aroma has great notes of smooth coffee, caramel, toffee, slight spice and nut shells, smoke, dark chocolate, and dark fruits. Taste is a touch on the bitter side with bitter sweet chocolate, caramel, coffee, toffee, vanilla, spice, and a warming heat in the throat at the end. Medium-full body with a low-medium carbonation. Medium oily the mouth. Overall very balanced. Vanilla, coffee, roasted malts, chocolate, and a whiff of warm chili at the end.
