Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

12 oz bottle @ home. Wow! Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of chillies with hints of dark chocolate and coffee. Taste is loads of coffee with cocoa and the chillies coming in at the end. Rather thin body but overall a really nice beer!

2015-11-12. Black body with a decent sized tan head. 3+ Aroma has a load of dry roasty coffee character with slightly odd but pleasant cocoa and dark fruit undertones. Vaguely smokey, or is that in my imagination? 7+ Flavour is intense on first sip. Big sweet dark malt base, notes of cocoa, moderate hot pepper character. Hints at cinnamon? Smooth average plus to medium bodied palate, soft carbonation. 3++ Well done but not really to my own tastes. I think I would prefer it without the peppers but at the same time, it might be less interesting without them. 7/3/7/4/14-15 Bottle from Sherbrooke Liquor, Edmonton.

Poured into glass. Dark with minimal head. You get a huge chocolate taste with a nice finish from the peppers. Excellent brew.

Pours inky black into a tulip glass almost no head. i do not like the vegetable overtones of this with this chiles, however others seem to love it. it is quite muted and blended. I must lay one down and see what happens later on.

Draught at the courtesy of Rune. No head. Pitch black body. Hard roated malt coffee cocoa caramel aroma. Roasted malt dominated by coffee and choccoalate but with the addition of caramel a bit of vanilla and ending with a suitable amount of cwarming chili. Little hops bitterness, low carbonation, long sweet finish. Alcohol nicely hidden.

Draught, thanks to Inbreak for the recommendation. Bare naked surface. Jet black body. Fragile lacing. Coffee and black malty nose. Rich and warming flavours of coffee grounds and black chocolate. Prolonged ending with a delicate touch of chili. Full bodied. Delicious (Black Sensation at Mikkeller Bar Viktoriagade, Copenhagen 12.11.2015).

This really is a excellent beer, aromas are there, taste and feel is there, yes, pretty much everything is! Poors nicely with a rich foam, lots of coffee and choclate notes, the pepper and vanilla comes in as a nice finnish.

Dark chocolate brown, almost black, color with mahogany edges and a half finger mocha head that quickly settles into a thin, lasting ring. Minimal spotty lacing left behind. Sweet robust malt aroma with lots of dessert-like chocolate notes along with subtle cinnamon spice and hot peppers. Strong chocolate sweetness with tootsie roll flavor, subtle vanilla bean and zesty spice. Decent amount of toast but boy acrid or burnt. Some silky lactose sugar giving it a Chocolate milkshake character. Peppers and cinnamon stand out as it warms. Full body with silky, viscous mouthfeel. Palate is dominated by sweet decadent chocolate, roasted dark malts and spicy chilies. desert like chocolate malt sweetness with hints of tootsie roll, lactose, vanilla bean and bitter dark chocolate. Good balance of sweet and toast with bakers chocolate and gooey fudge countered by burnt toast, coffee bean and oatmeal. Spice presence opens up as it warns with strong cinnamon and roasted pepper flavor. The heat and spice are well integrated resulting in a mole like combination of flavors. and nice balanced with desert like. Complex with a well masked ABV making it deceptively drinkable.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2015 Kruczoczarne. Ladna czapa drobnej, ciemnobezowej piany. Warte swojej ceny.
