COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

On tap. Pours jet black with a light brown head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, peppers and booze. Taste starts earthy which is followed by a medley of chocolate, coffee, vanilla and hints of pepper in the back of the throat. Goddamn tasty and super smooth considering the ABV.

Amazing beer that gives room to both the coffee, vanilla, chocolate and the, subtle, chili. What a beer.

Draft. Poured black with a short-lived dark brown head. The aroma picked up sweet molasses, cocoa, and lighter chili notes.. very decadent. The flavor found cocoa and other delicious black malts upfront, with cinnamon and peppery spicage following.. warm with great balance between spices and rich stout on the finish. Heavy-bodied with just the right carbonation on the palate.. great balance.. awesome!

Bottle into snifter glass, opaque deep dark brown (black) color with thin tan lacing. Aroma notes of heavy roasted malt, peppers, coffee, chocolate, tobacco earthiness, vanilla and wood char. Taste adds chocolate milk, almost chai spices, chili pepper, licorice, light coffee, bitter dark chocolate and some smokey ash. Heavy body, low carbonation, creamy, soft, rich with lingering pepper roast finish. A imperial stout with everything thrown in the tank, and it’s excellent.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pitch black with quickly fading khaki head. Huge aroma of coffee with some leather, spices, liquorice and vanilla. Dry taste of coffee, chocolate, liquorice, vanilla and dry finish where the spicy peppers shine through at the back of the tongue. Lovely.

Excellent; super smooth. Don’t really pick up the peppers except maybe at the end of the finish. Some booze in there. Supremely balanced. Not so much a bomb as a velvet hammer.

Prairie Bomb! Pint Room Carmel, IN Blew the Keg in to a snifter Look - After it settled creamy tan head around a finger. Never settled to nothing. Fine bubbles. Dark brown body. Blotchy lacing. Smell - Coffee. Tobacco. Chocolate. Char. Licorice. Vanilla. Taste - Tobacco and coffee. Chocolate. Char. Vanilla. Very mild heat. Feel - Creamy and light burn on tongue. Heavy feel. Carbonation is not noticeable. Overall - So dirty and good. Similar to breakfast stout. I wish the peppers were more apparent.

Aroma of chocolate, coffee, tabasco, vanilla and roast. Very rich and complex. Pours pitch black with very small tan head. Taste is very balanced between chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Chili is in the background and fits very well here. What is important the addition of peppers does not caused that this one has a hot finish. It is excatly the opposite and finish is very smooth and creamy. Overall great stuff.
