Aroma - Lots of coffee and chocolate. Two things that I like very much. Appearance - Pours very dark with a thin brown head that dissipates. Taste - Coffee, vanilla, and chocolate up front with a nice hint of the peppers on the back end. Just subtle enough. Hides the alcohol very well and is drinkable and pretty dangerous at 14%. Very well done beer overall.

12oz bottle. Pours jet black with a thin brown head. Thick like motor oil. Vanilla, coffee, and chocolate flavors are up front and the burn and smokiness from the chilies are at the finish. It's 14% but the alcohol is VERY well hidden. So smooth and drinkable. I was blown away by this. Awesome beer! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The balance of coffee and vanilla on the thick roasty chocolate boby are perfect. The slight heat from the ancho on the finish nails it. I can not get over how perfect this beer is.

One of the best beers on the planet .. .
And obviously, you’re not a serial killer, since you’re smart enough to have purchased this issue of Cosmo and a bottle of Prairie Bomb. However, let your neighbors know you have no intent to kill them by doing the following:
Be almost aggressively friendly. Leave gift baskets on all of your neighbors’ doorsteps at least once a week. Greet them in the street by kissing their feet and presenting them with a hand-crocheted cap. They’ll appreciate the token of your friendship.
Adopt at least 6 cats. This will let your neighbors know that you love small animals, and that you don’t have a secret basement room dedicated to killing them.
Never use anything with fire, ever. Shun candles as instruments of evil. Cook all of your food in your microwave, and turn off the gasoline lines to your house. Break your gas stove, and get rid of your oven. Donate your propane grill.
Remove all window coverings from your house. You don’t need privacy. If you’re not a serial killer, you shouldn’t be afraid of baring it all to let your neighbors know that.
Don’t wear clothes. Because some people are colorblind, they might think that your green shirt is red, and that you’re a blood-fueled murderer. Stop wearing clothes. This will melt away any suspicions that your neighbors have.

Remember, keep reading Cosmo for more great tips that will make your neighbors think you’re perfectly sane and normal! oh, and drink Prairie Bomb, it’s amazing.

On tap. This is a really good beer. Pours like an imperial stout should 12oz tulip with a half inch light cream colored foam. The aroma is chocolaty with a little smoke. The flavor is chocolaty, nutty and covers the palate. There is a little lingering spice that, paired with the smokiness, finishes well. Actually, at 14% this is a great beer.

Sour coffee chocolate and chili aroma. Black brown in color with tan head. Creamy feel with vanilla and coffee. The chili shows up for the aftertaste. Amazing and complex.

A rich dark chocolate light licorice bitter undertone. Dark black with a beautiful brown creamy head. Dark cold smooth nutty chocolate that transitions in to a coffee hop bitter. Smooth and thick leaves a slight bitter behind. Amazing just rich flavorful and a kick that amazing.

Truly an amazing Imperial Stout. Great chocolate aftertaste, coffee upfront. The finish has some vanilla and slightly pepper spice. Enjoyed in a snifter served at cellar temp 55. This is a beer you must try at least once. My first time I had it was at Tulsa, OK inaugural Craft Beer Week held at The Biergarten in Jenks. Amazing event and awesome beers. This was my favorite beer I tried at that tasting. Highly recommend!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The beer is near black with a dense beige head. The aroma is silly good. Vanilla, chocolate, chiles, oak, roast, coffee beans. Seriously, this is amazing. What a complex and delicious beer. 14% abv hidden gracefully. There is so much going on in this beer that one gets new flavors with every sip. Aftertaste lingers for several minutes. I’m in awe. My absolute highest recommendation.
