Black pour with good viscosity. Aromas of chili peppers and vanilla. Taste is quite good. Starts with a thick mouthfeel from a classic American impy stout taste. Nice hopping that accentuates the body. It has hints of vanilla in the middle of the taste but ends with a spicy pepper and hop finish. I like this much better than ccb huna

Black with a thin tan head. Sweet coffee coco aroma. Smooth with a deep chocolate and coffee bitter. Huge body. But if vanilla ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sweet imperial stout with a distinct, but mellow spicy heat from flavoring with chiles. Much more biting as it warmed in the snifter. A nice mingling of coffee roastiness and heat.

Wonderful beer. Lots of coffee and a slight bite of chili at the end. Pours black with mocha head and lacing. Thick, creamy consistency. Finishes bitter and a little spicy. Lots of dark chocolate and big roast. Wonderful balance. Thanks to DCLawyer for sharing a bottle of this at Churchkey.

Bottle. Beer in the glass deep black, small head. Heavy malty aroma, earthy-woody. Starts intense malty, notes of coffee and cacao, some chocolate. Some chili noted, but not as much as the stout with chili I made.. Oily malty finish. I enjoyed during the Cowboy Romp of Philly. 38 - 27.

Bottle. Ok...I drink a lot of impy stouts and this one is pretty exceptional. It is on the sweetside for those how like their IS heavy on bitterness. But overall this is pretty exceptional. If not a little boozy.

On tap poured a black hue w/ dark tan head. Medium chocolate aroma. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a bold spiced finish. Tastes are dark chocolate, Espresso, vanilla and chillies. Full bodied. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pitch black, with an inch of cinnamon-colored foam, dense and marshmallowy. Cocoa powder in the nose, chalky milk chocolate, light roast coffee, vanilla bean. A slight vegetal aroma Iím gonna attribute to the chiles. Coffee is most prominent in the flavor, though here it seems overly roasted, balanced by smooth vanilla and finished by bittersweet dark chocolate and a very subtle pepper heat. Body is a bit light to support the style and all the flavors -- itís medium-light and full of prickly carbonation. I canít attest to the freshness of this bottle, but both the chocolate and coffee in here seem a little stale. Nice blend, nonetheless.

355ml bottle at home (14% Abv). Black color with nice brown head. roasted malty aroma, cocoa, chocolate, coffee, spicy, light pepper, alcohol. Taste is light sweet and bitter, coffee, chocolate and cocoa again, spicy pepper, wood, alcohol, light vanilla. Medium to full almost silky body with soft carbonation and bitter chocolate and coffee spicy light alcoholic long aftertaste. More intense the different flavors from bottle, more balanced on tap.

Poured from bottle into tulip. Pours like motor oil and just as black. Little head that quickly dissipates. Flavor is quite good. The chocolate is upfront while the chilis have a soft long burn in the background. Right amount of sweetness too. The vanilla is there, but lost amidst the other flavors. Most impressively, this thing is crazy smooth for 13%. Like, I don't even understand it. The alcohol just isn't there. Really good stuff.
