COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Eliza5beth is a golden farmhouse ale that we aged on apricots to allow sourness and light fruit flavors to add complexity to the beer.

Tap at Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours a milky golden with a huge, white head. Aroma has very funky apricots, slight hops, citric tartness, grass, apricot pits and slight sweetness. Taste is both sweet, tart and bitter. Hops, lots of fruit and fruit juice. High carbonation and a surprisingly light body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap. Pours apricot yellow golden all hazy with big cream head. Aroma is packed with juicy peach and apricot, prairie sour funk, slight yeast, wheaty grains and a hint of booze. Taste is fruity and nice funky with slight wheat tartness. Apricot and some canned fruits. Wheat and saison yeast, slight peppery. Slight tartness. Some prickling carbonation and dry finish. Smooth body.

16oz bottle from Byron’s Liquor OKC. Opaque orange color with lasting ivory head. Big earthy barnyard, canned peach, dry hay, spicy aromas reminds me of some apricot lambic from way back. Light bodied with average carbonation. Bready, barnyard dung, lightly tart fruits, dry, spicy flavors---very tasty.

Bottled. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, lemon, apricot, wood and tropical fruit notes. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up dry and quite tart. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. A very nice Saison. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bottle. Hazy golden pour with a large white head. Classic saison aroma, really nice with barnyard and funk. Flavor is nice but a little disappointing. Pale malt, barnyard, rather dry. Medium body with lively carbonation. Overall nice.

Bottle. Moderate light bread and grain for the malt, moderate lemon zest for the hops, light mustiness for the yeast, with coriander and a hint of vinegar in the background. Head is large, frothy, white with slippery lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is light amber. Flavor starts moderately to heavily acidic, then finishes moderately to heavily acidic, lightly bitter and a touch sour. Palate is light to medium, watery with a fizzy carbonation and a tart finish. A mostly tart and sour beer, but a very tasty Saison.

Jacksonville bottle enjoyed at home. Nice golden straw color with a foamy white head. Sweet aroma with hints of citrus. Great flavor that borders between a saison and a mild sour. Very enjoyable.
