3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle:   Bright funky and barnish nose, a little floral, like strong sweet spicy hay.   Similar on the tongue, a bit wheaty, not as spritzy as I would have thought.   As it warms it becomes a little mealy.   Has a slight fruity flair.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Has a slight apricot and or white wine like finish.   Interesting Saison.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle: Thanks thewildwes: Served in a shaker:
Loud plop. Big white foamy head on top of a hazy yellow colored beer.
Amazing aroma of loads of citrussy and grape fruits with yeast, manure, dust, older flowers, some cactus, sharper herbs and some fruity earthy hay. A true farmhouse saison aroma.
Flavour is citrus, berries, grapes, bitters, yeast, some pine, some cactus, light dry, light white pepper, some hay, think this comes close to the traditional Saison!
Aftertaste is bitter, grapes, some citrussy berries, light pine, yeast, light dry and fruity dusty herbal tones.
Medium carbo, light creamy light watery mouthfeel, more than medium bodied and a light dry light creamy citrussy texture.

bottle ordered from pepsican, Strong nice fruit flavors, moderate tartness, moderate carbonation, reminds me of a simpiler less tart peche-n-brett. Very nice sours from the dead middle of ’merica.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A straw yellow color hazy, a bubbly white finger of head. Smells of caramel, apricot, sour candy, vanilla, barnyard. A nice subtle fruit sour with a vanilla caramel like sweetness underneath a spicy saison flavor, corn, wheat. A very light hop bitter at the end, more of a wheat beer like finish. A good combo of flavors, refreshing. Well done.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours clear and golden with a small fairly fizzy white head. Aroma is farmhouse saison with a twist of a rustic apricot flavor, wood, mild lactic sourness, a touch of malt sweetness. Quite dry with a mildly tart twang of apricot. Touch of grassy hops. Pretty much as advertised but still very good. Light feel. A bit too effervescent for me.
