COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Eliza5beth is a golden farmhouse ale that we aged on apricots to allow sourness and light fruit flavors to add complexity to the beer.

Bottle from the Sybarite Pig in Boca Raton, FL. Poured into a snifter. Nice golden yellow pour with a haze. Solid one plus finger head. Awesome citrus, apricot, brett and farmhouse aroma. The taste was solid brett and saison yeasts, malts, apricots, leather, earth and barnyard. Clean, crisp finish. Medium to heavy carbonation. Light body. Very very good.

Received from pepsican -- Poured from the bottle (500mL) into a Prairie Tulip. Opened the cap and it was a gusher, good thing I was ready with glass in hand, didn’t spill a drop! First thing I noticed, besides the carbonation, was a tropical fruit aroma. Poured a hazy straw/golden yellow with creamy white head that slowly dissipated. Aroma is apricots, hay, saison yeast, cereal grains. Flavor is a crisp tart that gives way to a malty sweetness that transforms into a fruity tart/sweetness that is very nice. I really really like this brew. Will for sure have again.

Bottle:   Bright funky and barnish nose, a little floral, like strong sweet spicy hay.   Similar on the tongue, a bit wheaty, not as spritzy as I would have thought.   As it warms it becomes a little mealy.   Has a slight fruity flair.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Has a slight apricot and or white wine like finish.   Interesting Saison.

Bottle: Thanks thewildwes: Served in a shaker: Loud plop. Big white foamy head on top of a hazy yellow colored beer. Amazing aroma of loads of citrussy and grape fruits with yeast, manure, dust, older flowers, some cactus, sharper herbs and some fruity earthy hay. A true farmhouse saison aroma. Flavour is citrus, berries, grapes, bitters, yeast, some pine, some cactus, light dry, light white pepper, some hay, think this comes close to the traditional Saison! Aftertaste is bitter, grapes, some citrussy berries, light pine, yeast, light dry and fruity dusty herbal tones. Medium carbo, light creamy light watery mouthfeel, more than medium bodied and a light dry light creamy citrussy texture. Awesome stuff!
