COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Eliza5beth is a golden farmhouse ale that we aged on apricots to allow sourness and light fruit flavors to add complexity to the beer.

Bottle from the Sybarite Pig in Boca Raton, FL. Poured into a snifter. Nice golden yellow pour with a haze. Solid one plus finger head. Awesome citrus, apricot, brett and farmhouse aroma. The taste was solid brett and saison yeasts, malts, apricots, leather, earth and barnyard. Clean, crisp finish. Medium to heavy carbonation. Light body. Very very good.

16oz bottle from Byron’s Liquor OKC. Opaque orange color with lasting ivory head. Big earthy barnyard, canned peach, dry hay, spicy aromas reminds me of some apricot lambic from way back. Light bodied with average carbonation. Bready, barnyard dung, lightly tart fruits, dry, spicy flavors---very tasty.

Bottled. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, lemon, apricot, wood and tropical fruit notes. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up dry and quite tart. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. A very nice Saison. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bottle. Hazy golden pour with a large white head. Classic saison aroma, really nice with barnyard and funk. Flavor is nice but a little disappointing. Pale malt, barnyard, rather dry. Medium body with lively carbonation. Overall nice.

From a 50 cl bottle courtesy of Travlr. Thanks! Pours a cloudy gold with an off white head. Flavors of tropical fruit with some tart lemon notes. Effervescent finish.

Bottle. Moderate light bread and grain for the malt, moderate lemon zest for the hops, light mustiness for the yeast, with coriander and a hint of vinegar in the background. Head is large, frothy, white with slippery lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is light amber. Flavor starts moderately to heavily acidic, then finishes moderately to heavily acidic, lightly bitter and a touch sour. Palate is light to medium, watery with a fizzy carbonation and a tart finish. A mostly tart and sour beer, but a very tasty Saison.

Jacksonville bottle enjoyed at home. Nice golden straw color with a foamy white head. Sweet aroma with hints of citrus. Great flavor that borders between a saison and a mild sour. Very enjoyable.

500ml bottle. Grainy, lightly fruity, tart and funky aroma, with notes of dry cereal, rubber, berryish fruit, light citric tartness, mild apricot, earthiness and a hint of sweetness in the background. Hazy light-medium golden in color with a fine-bubbled, uneven, lasting head. Flavor profile is lightly sweet, gently tart and fruity, some lemon meringue and apricot character with a long, lingering dry finish of yeast funk and peppery spice. Far too light on the palate for a beer of this strength -- almost airy, in fact, with its high effervescence, cleansing tartness and medium body. Super easy to drink. Took me about half the bottle to figure out a lot of what is going on here, but once I did, I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Tap at Hay Merchant. Pours a bright orange with a thin lacy head. Hazy. Aroma is tart, fruity, apricot and dried apricot notes. Faint yeast. Taste is lightly tart, citrus, apricot. Fizzy carbonation, almost effervescent. Light, solid beer.

Bottle. Mild apricot and sour bouquet. Yellow pour with a white head. A bit over carbonated with a prickly mouthfeel. Muted sour apricot highlights. Biscuit and yeast backbeats. A bit in the simplistic side. Average body and mouthfeel.
