Eliza5beth is a golden farmhouse ale that we aged on apricots to allow sourness and light fruit flavors to add complexity to the beer.

Bottle from the Sybarite Pig in Boca Raton, FL. Poured into a snifter. Nice golden yellow pour with a haze. Solid one plus finger head. Awesome citrus, apricot, brett and farmhouse aroma. The taste was solid brett and saison yeasts, malts, apricots, leather, earth and barnyard. Clean, crisp finish. Medium to heavy carbonation. Light body. Very very good.

Hazy yellow, with a big loose white head. Smells lemon lime and very flowery. Taste is nicely tart, with white wine, hints of oak, and plenty of bright fruit flavors. Second pour is richer, and more banana flavors. Nice stuff.

Pours hazy matte gold with tall white head. Aroma of citrus, apples, elderflower and, yes, apricot. Taste is crisp funky fruit sweet up front followed by an apple bite finish. Seriously, tastes like taking a bite of an apple. Body is light and crisp with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Nole. Hazy/murky yellow with a large white head. Bretty nose with barnyard and leather, grapes, dust. Same things for the flavour with more pronounced dust/concrete. Medium body, some sweetness, light acidity, some alcohol presence, astringency. Bretty and fruity finish. Generic farmhouse stuff, muddled, not particularly pleasant.

(500ml bottle) Pours a cloudy maize body with a thick off-white head. Aroma of florals, potpourri, apricot, lemon peel, melon rind, horse blanket. Flavor of florals, herbs, grass, brett, bitter berries, melon, stone fruit, and earthiness with a dry, moderately bitter finish

Ratebeer Odense Summer Gathering 2015. Cloudy orange with a lasting white head. Funky and fruity aroma with pineapple and vanilla, and a mineral note. Dry and tart fruity and funky flavour with pineapple and peach. Tasty, but nowhere near the best of Prairie
