COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Eliza5beth is a golden farmhouse ale that we aged on apricots to allow sourness and light fruit flavors to add complexity to the beer.

Bottle from the Sybarite Pig in Boca Raton, FL. Poured into a snifter. Nice golden yellow pour with a haze. Solid one plus finger head. Awesome citrus, apricot, brett and farmhouse aroma. The taste was solid brett and saison yeasts, malts, apricots, leather, earth and barnyard. Clean, crisp finish. Medium to heavy carbonation. Light body. Very very good.

bottle shared by tom10101, many thanks bro! pours cloudy yellow with a creamy reviving white cap nicely lacing onto glass. pulpy and chewy apricots, some dried apricots too, pears, very winey, pale pils and wheaty peppery maltiness, dry bretts - but also nice and complex microflora; very fruity and a bit spicy seizhoan yeast, bit of dust, touch of perfume. light carbonation - a bit loose therefore could be brighter for style; light body; gently tart/astringent and herbal-spicy-floral finish. solid BA fruit saison.

On tap at Appalachian Vinter. Pricey- went for the half pour which, thankfully, was 1/2 the price. Super delicious. Pours a murky, dirty orange with an average head. Definite apricots and citrus on the nose. Beautifully balanced with tons going on- citrus, sour, funk, barnyard, grass and definitely apricots. Perfectly tart at the end. Really refreshing. Loved it.

Bottle shared by tom10101, many thanks for this long time want! Pours a cloudy golden with a thin white head that diminishes into a rim that leaves some lacing. Nose is of fruits, spices and some perfume or at least flowers. Taste is fruity as well, a little citrusy and full of white wine impressions. Body is medium, carbonation too and mouthfeel is vinous. Overall a pretty nice saison, I could drink a lot of that!

Bottle (500 ml) bought @ Craftshack. Split 5-ways.

Appearance: Slightly hazy golden with a small bubbly white head and little lacing.

Aroma: Apricots and plum forward along perfume notes, light sourness, grass and farmhouse notes.

Taste: It’s as fruity if not more than the aroma with juicy apricots and there’s less perfumy presence. Light sweetness, light tartness and mild spiciness.

Palate: Medium body. Soft carbonation. Moderately dry finish. Lingering fruitiness.

Overall: Very good fruited Saison that showcase the apricots while keeping an interesting farmhouse character. Good balance between the fruits and the sourness. The perfumy presence on the nose in the only thing that I don’t like that much about this beer.
