Bottle from the Sybarite Pig in Boca Raton, FL. Poured into a snifter. Nice golden yellow pour with a haze. Solid one plus finger head. Awesome citrus, apricot, brett and farmhouse aroma. The taste was solid brett and saison yeasts, malts, apricots, leather, earth and barnyard. Clean, crisp finish. Medium to heavy carbonation. Light body. Very very good.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Multiple pours from 3L bottle. Thanks to soonerchamps for the trade. Cloudy gold pour with a small bubbly head that fades to a very thin ring. Aroma is mostly juicy apricot with some light barnyard and lemon zest. Taste has a light sweetness and a very light sourness. More funky barnyard in the taste to match the apricot and lemon. Dry finish. Nice and goes down really easy.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good carbonation and some good lacing. Aroma of sour apricot notes with some light funky and tart notes is interesting. Taste is also dominated by sour apricot notes with some light funky notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting thought a little bit less sour notes would have worked better.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pêches et abricot dans une exubérance complète doublé d’une tendance citronnée et herbacée. Le liquide est trouble et ça se répercute dans la texture. Beau mélange de rusticité, de brett grassouillets et de jus de fruits.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
500 ml bottle. Don’t remember where I bought it. Wine and Cheese Place? Party Source? Anyway, it pours a hazy pale gold with a white head. Nice aroma here. Pears, cheesecloth, lemon, bready malts, grass, mellow spice, and apricot. Mostly the same notes are in the flavor, which starts more fruity and juicy and transitions into something more bready, cheesy, and funky. Light-medium bodied, with medium carbonation and a fruity, funky mouthfeel that finishes dry. Very nice saison.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
500ml bottle, thanks to phaleslu for sharing. Hazy bright golden orange color. Thin white head. Loose bits of lace. Medium plus body. Smooth, kind of soft, lightly effervescent light to moderate carbonation. Moderate sweet taste, light tart, touch of citrus, light zest. Belgian yeast. Tasty tart kind of citrusy saison, nice mild sour.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate citrus, florals, and light apricot. It pours a hazy dull golden-orange with a small white head that quickly fades to a minimal film. The flavor starts with a moderate citrus and light apricot. The finish has light-moderate florals, light lemon, and orange peel. It’s light bodied with lively carbonation that borders on prickly.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: 3 Liters of glory. Super cloudy, almost completely opaquepear skin & straw color with a sudsy, foamy white head that settles into a collar. Aroma of mild wet hay, cotton funk, stone fruit, light peach, apricot, & a touch of mineraly lemon. Getting a nice, tart lacto pull in the back-end. Flavor has touches of sweet apricots, peaches, & melon, almost more sweet up front with a slight tartness that sneaks in mid-palate. A touch of pineapple & Brett-like cotton & musty funk. A faint bit of wood lingering in a dry finish. Mouth feel is lofty, just shy of billowy. Nice stuff.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Received from pepsican -- Poured from the bottle (500mL) into a Prairie Tulip. Opened the cap and it was a gusher, good thing I was ready with glass in hand, didn’t spill a drop! First thing I noticed, besides the carbonation, was a tropical fruit aroma. Poured a hazy straw/golden yellow with creamy white head that slowly dissipated. Aroma is apricots, hay, saison yeast, cereal grains. Flavor is a crisp tart that gives way to a malty sweetness that transforms into a fruity tart/sweetness that is very nice. I really really like this brew. Will for sure have again.
