COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dry hopped sour ale. Funky Gold Mosaic is a dry-hopped sour ale. We took Prairie Gold and dry-hopped it with a huge amount of Mosaic hops. The end results are tropical, sour, and an all around new beer drinking experience! This beer is great fresh, but will continue to develop as the wild yeast continues to work in the beer.

24th Jan 2015: my first beer from Oklahoma (I think). Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Wine meet. Poured a cloudy light golden colour with a small white head. The nose and taste were of tart, sour lemons with other bitter citrus fruits in the background. Interesting and refreshing in the middle of some heavy malty beers tasted on the day.

Bottle at Cotteridge wine convention; hazy golden orange pour with a thin creamy white head, citrus and tropical hop aroma, taste has some funk, brett, sour lemons, well executed.

Bottle share. Cotteridge Beano. Hazy straw colour. White head. Sour lemon. Funky. Yeasty. Pithy. Dry, and tart. Taste is pithy bitter. More tartness on the finish. Nice antidote to some of the big hitters prior.

love this beer .. the tartness and the mosaic play off each other perfectly .. refreshing and like a day on the beach. the sun, the water, the taking pictures of ladies with a super zoom hi def camera.

Pours a hazy pale yellow. Holy shit! I feel like I’m licking a horse when I drink this. Never had a beer like this before. Aromas of strong horse blanket and funk. Citrus too. Flavors are horse blanket, vinegar, white wine, and a crisp hop finish. Outstanding.

Bottle. Aroma is little funky, and lots of grapefruit. Taste is good, lots of grapefruit juice again, good stuff. Light and refreshing. Minerals. Yum.

large white frothy head. flat sparkling light yellow body. good lacing. mostly diminishing. aroma: white wine, noble hops, citrus lemon, moderate yeasty, dough. if: light acidic very light sweet. ff: light acidic very light sweet and light bitter (lembrando lupulo nobre, floral); long duration. palate: light body, dry texture, lively carbonation and light astringent finish. Balanceada, de alta drinkability, refrescante. Amargor dá uma escalada na segunda metade da cerveja, mas não prejudica o equilíbrio do conjunto. Lembra bastante vinho branco. 150s

Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. Grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and tart/light sour flavor with light summer fruit. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and tart/light sourness lingers with light earthiness.
