COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dry hopped sour ale. Funky Gold Mosaic is a dry-hopped sour ale. We took Prairie Gold and dry-hopped it with a huge amount of Mosaic hops. The end results are tropical, sour, and an all around new beer drinking experience! This beer is great fresh, but will continue to develop as the wild yeast continues to work in the beer.

Butelka 50cl. Wyczuwam aromat mango, cytrusów i marakui. Średnio gęste i puszyste w ustach.

Poured from bottle into tulip glass. big foamy head that eventually settled down. Enticing aroma that smelled of sour funk and pineapple. very appealing. flavor is moderately sour. Not mouth puckering, but not in the background either. A good balance here. Flavor is of crisp lemon and pineapple without the sweetness. Very nice. Heavy carbonation and effervescence that could be toned down some.

A dry, peppery golden ale with a really effervescent character. Lots of crisp lemonade flavor at the end. Tried courtesy of JJ at Radius in Emporia in 2014.

Bottle thanks to trade with GreatDane1632! Pours a hazy gold with fluffy white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma is great funky sour covered by awesome earthy melon hop notes. Taste follows, great hop flavor over the sour, this blend is awesome. Really an amazing beer.

Bottle. Aroma is hops with a sour funk to it. Appearance is a hazy golden color with little head for the high amount of carbonation. Taste is very sour with the hops present through out. Reminds me of a fresh pear flavor. Palate is very fruity and light. Overall, a good beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

16.9 ounce bottle. Served in a Prairie Teku, the beer pours a hazy straw gold color with a couple inch white head that stayed around a long time. There’s also a good amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like citrusy hops (tropical fruit, lemon peel), funk, and some grainy malt. I think the taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there’s also some grassiness, lime and green grapes/grape skins noticeable. The tartness isn’t very strong at all, but with that being said it still tastes good. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s a bit creamy and is well carbonated. Overall I liked this brew, and it was one that I liked more and more the longer I drank it. Definitely worth trying!

16.9 oz. bottle from Wilbur’s. Appearance: 2 fingers white head that does not last, straw yellow, cloudy, ok lacing. Aroma: citrus, pine and herbal hops, light fruity yeasts. Palate: light body, dry, bitter finish. Taste: sweet fruity Belgian yeast, running into a mild tart-sour, with a mild to medium citrus and spruce bitterness. Overall, very good balance, heavy hops nose, but taste is much fruitier Belgium and very nice.
