Bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a large-grained, cumulus, white head with lace. Nose is grapefruit and aged cheese with some diesel fuel and catbox notes. Some sweetness on the tongue, but then the astringent, almost acetic grapefruit kicks back in, followed by the diesel element again; thin on the palate, with a long, petrolated finish. Much like the mentality of most íMericans (as opposed to Americans), it seems fundamentally lacking somehow.

Bottle. Pours super cloudy hay. Thick white head at first that falls to a persistent white halo. Aroma is full of lemongrass and green peppers with a nice hint of chopped onion and grass. Taste is assertively bitter, white bread, spicy yeast., grass, citrus fruits. Pretty right up in your face, like íMerica. Deal with it.

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of cow shit, hay, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, and yeast, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy, grapefruity and smooth fruity. Solid peachy, citrusy and bretty dry. Lingering fruity.

The beer appears extremely hazy and pure yellow with an inch of soapy white head. The aroma is simply fabulous. Dank hops and farmhouse funk. So fresh. Wow. Great flavor as well. Beautiful blend of Nelson hops and saison character. A healthy amount of bitterness in the back, finishing dry. The aroma is slightly superior to the flavor, but the beer is firing on all cylinders. Superb.

On tap. Hazy bright yellow with a fizzy white head. Big floral sour fruit barn yard and horse blanket aroma and taste with notes of straw and pear and a creamy palate.

Pours a very hazy yellow with a big fluffy white head that leaves itís share of lacing on the glass.

The aroma is just permeating with the Nelson Sauvin hops, dank, fruity, melony, stinky Nelson Sauvin. Some light fruity ester, some light minerality, but mostly stinky hops.

The flavor is pretty in line with what Iíve come to expect (& very much like) from this brewery, itís a yeast thing... and thus far they seem to have it under control. The beer is dry and a with touches of banana and tartness, a good minerally character... this one is decidedly hoppier than any of the others though, or at least a lot more hop forward in itís approach. Again, like the aroma much of the character of the beer is derived from the pungent character of the Nelson Sauvin hops, while maintaining a pleasant & moderate bitterness the fruit, bright grapiness, and melon flavors from the hops really shine here. Things are pretty well balanced all around here, and the beer is really very drinkable considering itís higher than I usually dig for the style "boost" level.

Sampled at Perennialís Midwest Belgian Beer Festival - Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. The aroma has nectar fruits, tropical fruits and other fruit notes as well and is balance by pale malt. It has a medium / full body with soft carbonation. The flavor starts with pale malt, spice, nectar fruit and earthy yeast. The finish is mineral heavy. Nicely done.

From a 500ml bottle into a snifter. $10at Whole Foods so this better be good. Pours a very hazy blonde; just so murky! Tons of luxuriant/luxurious head; just white clouds of frothy lacing. Smell is excellent. Just dank funkyness. Mouthfeel is light and dry butt too carbonated. Taste is deep dark dank funk all the way. Not sure if this has Brett in it but that's the taste of it. Surprisingly good and I was angry about the cost. I may even buy it again someday. If it was $6-7 a bottle I'd buy it tomorrow. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a murky banana yellow with a large puffy white head. Aromas of distinctly bright citrus rind. Taste is citrusy (but not in an IPA way), with some banana. Very bright tasting. Like a ray of sunshine. Pretty fucken good.
