UPDATED: MAR 24, 2014 Bottle: Thanks, Mike! Pale straw, opaque body with a soapy & frothy, bone white head that leaves nice lacing behind. Aroma is tart lemon, apple, light lime, & a handful of Brett, cotton funk, & some finishing pineapple. Taste is dry funk & Brett, light woody notes with musky cotton & a solid bit of lemon, lime, & tartness. Slight hoppiness in the finish with a touch of old, pineapple-y Brett. Clean, dry finish.

Poured from a 500ml bottle. This is a very rustic beer, that is to day it is dusty, horse blanket, and slight hints of baby diaper. The hops come across as fruity, citrus, lemon rind. I found this to be tasty, even with the baby diaper. I like my saisons this way, hoppy and dusty.

750 bottle. Pours hazy yellow-looks like a heif. Lemony citrus nose. Taste is very yeasty with some citrus and lemon flavors. A bit one dimensional with lots of citrus and not much else.

Pours a hazy pale dull light yellow with quickly subsiding white head. The smell is light malt, citrus, spice, apricot. The taste is grapefruit, lemon, yeast, honey ending dry and some spiciness. Light in body and a bit slippery with average carbonation level.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale golden yellow with a large white head. Nose is exquisite, bringing out shitloads of barnyard funk, a little wheat, and a little citrus - huge funk dominating. Flavour is just as exquisite, with tons of barnyard funk, a little wheat, and some dry bitter hops. Hugely funky, with a bone dry, semi-peppery mouthfeel. Amazing depth to this and highly drinkable. Exceptional.

Ironically, this beer named ’Merica’ uses a European malt and yeast strain and Southern Hemisphere hop. Thanks Jason for sharing. Very soft and cloudy bright golden blonde with two fingers of sticky white head. Nose is wonderful with notes of mandarin orange, tangerine, and a hint of onion. Very dry and citrusy with a wonderful flavor. Lots of peppery and juicy fruity/citrusy notes. Light bodied and dry with a citrus rind presence on the finish. Awesome.

500 ml bottle poured a cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, lemon zest, barnyard funk and white grapes. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, lemon zest and light white grapes with a crisp dry lingering citrus finish.

Single Malt, Single Hop Saison. 500ml bottle. Pours light and golden. Spicy aroma. Hop forward and very wet on the back end. Single noted but really easy to drink and enjoy. Not too bad.

Pours unclear thick cloudy lemon with a huge creamy white head, beautiful really! The aroma brings the farmhouse yeast wild like in nature forward with a soft hop profile subtle in the background. The flavor brings the Nelson Sauvin showcasing so nicely, unique pine like twist. The beer then switches to the farmhouse yeast dominating to the end, no bite but definitely prevalent flavors of a wild yeast strain.
