Pours murky hazy dark yellow with an off white head. Aroma has lots of funk, ruralness, pear, dryness, ripe apples and elderflower. The taste is rural and dry. Soome bready notes, apples and some barnyard. Pretty good but not a beauty-queen.

Butelka 50cl. OCZY : piwo jest mocno mętne o kolorze pomarańczowym. Piana jest biała, obfita i trwała. NOS : wyraźne nuty mandarynek, pomarańczy i limonki. Do tego morela, mango, winogrona, tarta, delikatnie torf i landrynki. Alkohol jest również lekko wyczuwalny. USTA : mocno gazowane i średnio gęste przypominając nagazowane mleko. Owocowe nuty chmielowe i estrowe dominują w tym piwie. Średnio słodkie i delikatnie cierpkie. Bretty miały jedynie wystarczająco czasu by zalatywało umiarkowanie torfem.
