Bottle from Bacterial, thanks Jeff. Pours brown with minimal head. Tons of oak on this, nice booziness to it also.

Brownish pour with a small head. Very ashy, rustic nose. Roasted malts, forest fire. Some buggy wood and red fruits. Jammy raspberry and leaf pile. A bit of hot butterscotch and vanilla-coated pear. Woody. Medium body, soft carbonation

A mahogany body is temporarily topped by a fleeting quarter inch of off-white head which completely dissipates, alcohol lines and walls all around

Aromas and flavors are bold yet approachable and rounded, with solid complexity, solid flow and transitions... dates, cocoa, raisins, caramel, marshmallow, graham cracker, and chocolate syrup create a complimentary stage for big, finessed bourbon barrel (I’ve heard Elijah Craig barrels), oaky vanilla, mild alcohol spice, very well restrained alcohol bite, flowing and welcome warmth, delicious bourbon character accentuated in the finish on a flowing, cohesive, somewhat pillowy medium body with light tact creating a slowly building residual... citrus and red berry bourbon notes grow a bit with warmth and layering, a great base to support and compliment bourbon barrel character

Rather thin body, vanilla, oak, brown sugar and bit of syrup. A bit too sugary with some oats.

355 ml bottle @ hotel room, San Diego.
Pours murky mahogany color with a small head. Minty, glue-like alcohol on the nose, ripe fruits, sweet caramel malts and wood. Sweet toffee and syrup mesh, alcohol warmth and again some minty alcohol. Not pleasant at all, a great disappointment.

355ml can

Pours dark brown with a smooth head. Aroma of toffee, sugary syrup, bourbon, vanilla, roasty malts and hints of chocolate. Taste is sweet, woody and chocolatey with loads of bourbon, toffee, syrup, oak, cocoa and vanilla. Finish is sweet, stuffy and bourbony with loads of wood, oak and cocoa. Quite sweet and woody. A bit unbalanced.

355 ml bottle. Enjoyed at San Diego, CA. Pours a dark brown colour with a small foamy head. Aroma of toasted malts, wood, bourbon and herbs. Flavour of heavy sweet bourbon notes, wood, pungent glue notes and some plastic. The off-flavours get stronger and stronger towards the end. Full bodied. Disappointing.

35,5 cl bottle @ hotel room, San Diego. Aroma is odd with some bourbon and gluey notes. Flavour has strong and sweet bourbon, vanilla, some gluey notes and wood. Too sweet and sticky. Quite a disappointment from Prairie.

12 oz. bottle picked up at Appalachian Vintner. Pours a clear, cola brown with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet caramel, toffee, bourbon, brown sugar, oak, vanilla, a splash of fruit and a light spicy kick to the finish, I get some of the molasses described, but the brown sugar is more prominent, pretty nice mix of flavors and the alcohol.

12 oz pour from chilled bottle into a sniffer. Dark brown and reflective with a slight off-white head. Very aromatic. Nose is sweet, lots of brown sugar, oak. Full body, smooth, and creamy. Taste is sweet, more brown sugar, wood, a little pepper, a little caramel, and even some coconut with alcohol on the finish. Complex, flavorful, sweet, and delicious.
