355ml gold waxed capped bottle. This one has some oxidized flavors that donít mesh well with the rum and peppers but overall its not terrible.

Bottle poured into FFF Teku. Black with medium dark tan head. Aroma is big chocolate and light rum. Taste is dominated by chocolate which must be from the rum, light cinnamon and chili, very nice

Rum, vanilla, cocoa, and coffee present on the aroma, and all follow onto the palate. Finishes with some heat from the chiles. The rum barrels impart a nice sweetness to the finish as well.

28/III/14 - 12Fl. Oz. bottle @ De Hopduvel (Gent) - BB: n/a (2014-314) Thanks to Bobochamp for sharing the bottle!

Clear dark brown beer, no head. Aroma: lots of coffee, mocha, burnt caramel, but mainly just coffee. MF: no carbon, full body. Taste: mocha, burnt caramel, bit sweet, little sour, metallic touch, bitte rhops. Aftertaste: coffee grit, some caramel, bitter hops, bit sweet, alcohol burn, more coffee. Could not detect the rum in this one. I guess the basic beer from which they start (the regular "Bomb!") is just too overpowering both in roastedness and in hop bitterness.

At big Sethís going away party on 11/2/2013; was an awesome day! Pours black with gray cream head. Aroma is smooth roasted malt, toasted smooth, beautiful soft rum and chocolate notes, that meld together in a perfect way. Taste is fuck yeah, beautiful roasted malt, soft complex toasted malt, a hint of rum barrel. The flavors blend together into a complex arrangement of fantastic malty and full flavored notes. Love this shit.

Dark beer with a short lived brown head that shrank to a lasting ring. Big nose of alcohol, chocolate and some pepper heat. Very creamy mouth feel. Chocolate, vanilla, sweetened coffee and a lasting simmering pepper heat in the finish. Lots of booze, but not nothing intrusive. It sure doesnít drink like 15%.

Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy chocolate, coffee, light molasses, and a touch of rum. It pours a dark brown with a touch of orange highlights around the edges of the glass. Itís has a minimal tan head that fades to a thin ring. The flavor starts with a moderate-heavy chocolate with a touch of molasses. The finish has light roasted coffee and a hint of rum. Itís medium-full bodied with soft carbonation and mouthfeel.

I'd like a little more carbonation, but otherwise an awesome stout in the vein of bcbs. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
