4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle at Gallery II: Beauty From A Barrel. Pours very dark brown/black with little head. Aroma is like scotch bonnet coffee! My nose is now clear. Med body or better. Flavor is chili/coffee - tho not a lot of capsaicin - considering the aroma. Thereís dark malt and maybe wood. Quite an experience.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle @ Patís tasting. Black pour with a tan head. Coffee, coffee, and coffee. Chocolate, vanilla, roasted malt, and graham cracker. Nice coconut notes as well. Flavor is nicely sweet. Tons of vanilla, coconut, and graham cracker. Coffee really dominates, though. Nice chocolate with just a hint of spice. Noms.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Almost black in color, dark brown head. So the rum mutes a little of the base beer. Not that it hurts it, but I prefer the regular by a little bit. Still a nice beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
My Bottom Line:
Chocolate cake and its generous icing are met by long pepper spiciness and heat in this gargantuan dessert creation.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam surrounds the darkness.
-This one felt sweeter/heavy than the íregularí Bomb!.
-The aroma is very pleasant when you are in the mood for dessert.
-Rum barrel presence is noted and harmonious with the rest of the brew.
-Spiciness is not as apparent as in the íregularí Bomb!.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
355ml gold waxed capped bottle. This one has some oxidized flavors that donít mesh well with the rum and peppers but overall its not terrible.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
On tap at Tapwerks! Pours black with a fluffy that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of coffee and rum with a bit of bitter chocolate as well as a touch of pepper. Flavor sees the pepper come out more with a good amount of rum, coffee and bitter chocolate. Nice and thick.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
375mL bottle, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is amazingly complex, full of vanilla, coffee, cocoa, and slight chilis - donít really get any of the rum barrels. Flavour brings out a melange of various things, such as vanilla upfront, followed by cocoa, coffee and rum. The chilis arenít really any longer discernible. Finishes on notes of coffee, rum and vanilla. Extremely well-integrated and complex. I think I prefer the regular Bomb!, though this is definitely delicious.
