3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
En kraftig og sammensat saison. Frisk og tung, sød og syrlig. På mange måder en dejlig øl!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Location: 750 ml bottle from Central Market, 8/21/13
Aroma: The aroma is has some fairly heavy spice, Belgian yeast, and some fruity notes
Appearance: It pours a cloudy golden color with a huge, gushing, fizzy white head and frothy lace
Flavor: It is spice-fronted, with some light funk, and the fruitiness playing a background role
Palate: The body is medium, it has a fizzy carbonation, and a dry, tingly finish
This is a pretty solid saison. The ridiculous amount of carbonation hurts the drinkability. The spice is definitely the predominant component of this one, and it could probably use a little more balance, but overall, it is a tasty beer.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at Stone Brewing World Bistro and Gardens. An unclear, yellow beer with an orange hue and a white head of moderate size. Fruity aroma with citrus peel and saison yeast. Orange. Peppery hints. The flavor pretty much the same, quite bitter, and quite dry, with a light funky hint. Medium to full body, pleasant carbonation. Long citrusy finish with pale malts and a peppery hint. Finally a nice American saison. 130817

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
750ml bottle. Pours out a bright golden shade with a large white head. Aroma leans towards lemony citrus, grass and funk. Tastes of apple, honey and slight sourness running throughout. Strong cabonation. Tasty but didn’t live up to my expectations.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tap at Reservoir, pours lightly hazy golden, Big notes of citrus brett, mostly orange but def some pineapple as well. Belgian spice, florals, lemon, earth, and complex yeast in this saison. Another knockout from Prairie, who knew they made good beer in Oklahoma?
