2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tasted side by side with elisa5beth. Pours a cloudy light straw color with active carbonation feeding a decent sized white head. Aromas of some dusty, funky fungus. Taste is pretty mushroom-y, earthy, almost dirty. Noticeable alcohol bite. Not super funky, not sour in the slightest. Pretty average.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
16.9 oz bottle to tulip (shared with the Mrs.). Looks good for the style; a cloudy orange with fluffy white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells solid; Yeasty, musky, earthy, leathery, and mildly spicy with a notable brett presence. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. Good, but not their best effort.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a light lemon yellow, almost neon yellow ale with a solid sheet of bone whites. Smells of lemongrass, some hay, some pineapple and grass. Flavor has a hint of alcohol (surprisingly), some sweet grain, some corn, some bitterness and chalky yeast, I’m really having a tough time getting away from the grain alcohol character I’m getting. Light bodied with moderate carb and a wet finish. The mouthfeel is really spot on for my satisfaction, great for the hot weather. I like this beers concept, the nuances and most of the aspects, my issue is with the alcohol character I get, and I’m certainly surprised by its presence. So much so that I wouldn’t buy this again at the $17 I was charged here in the great state of Massachusetts.
EDIT: as it has warmed some more, the alcohol flavor I was getting has died down and the original flavor has been modified from 3.25 up to 3.75. I would probably drink again, but the price point still steers me toward something like Upright, Stillwater or the newly found Propolis for my money.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
24th July 2013
Very hazy pale gold beer with a big white head. Soft airy palate, light and semi dry. Fine minerally carbonation. Airy creamy malt with semi sweet yeast. Very mellow floral citrus. Finishes light. All very light and airy and fairly drinkable but otherwise just another saison.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle shared at a local tasting, pours a hazy golden with a thick white head and a ton of lacing in the glass, the aroma has quite a bit of citrus and fruit on the front end with a little bit of tartness as well, the flavor has a bright citrus front end with some of the funk and dryness in the finish, really nice and lively beer, thumbs up.
