Prairie Hop is our hop driven saison. This beer is packed with Simcoe and Citra hops. Notes of peach, mango, and tangerine can be found in the flavor and aroma of this beer. The beer finishes dry which helps the hops jump out of the glass flavor wise.

Dry beer, big white head. I think mine must have been quite old as the hops seem faded, but a good beer anyway.

Bottle share at Evernote. Strong fruity funk on the nose. Light hops and spicy fruit peels. Not my favorite from Prairie but still excellent.

pours hazy pale golden with a tall creamy white head, excellent retention and lacing. floral citrus, fruity berries and peaches, very yeasty - spicy dust, bitter greens, fresh cut grass, crushable bretts. lively carbonation, light body - oily; assertive and drying spicy-grassy-herbal finish. very nice hoppy belgian ale - a lot better than belgian offerings that is. fresh bottle yet a tad muted, but oh so enjoyable!

Draft at Churchkey. Hazy gold with moderate white head. Lots of fruit over lemongrass and grains. Great balance, with a dry finish.

Pours a hazy golden color with a thick fluffy white head that has great retention and left plenty of lacing around the glass. The aroma is quite strong with this beer. I pick up orange peel, citrus, fruity, Belgian yeast, and quite floral as well. The taste is citrusy, orange peel, Belgian yeast, and some floral hop bitterness.
