3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at House of Brews. Cloudy amber pour witha frothy white head. Tropical fruits and citrus aroma with a good dose of maltiness and yeast. Flavor is similar and kind of one dimensional. Zesty body and lively carbonation. Not bad, maybe better out of the bottle?

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Hazelís beverage world. Pours golden with an inch of white foam. Leaves some lacing in the glass. has some citrus on the nose. Very hop forward on the tongue which overpowers the funkiness you expect from the saison. finishes clean. tasty but adding a shitload of hops to goose a style seems really fucking obvious.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is the first hop focused beer I have had from Prairie so here goes. Beer pours cloudy golden color with a prodigious egg white head. Aroma is nice with significant grassy, floral/herbal notes. Taste is bitter. Body is medium and texture is oily. An enjoyable hoppy beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
500ml bottle late summer/early fall 2014 release, pours cloudy dark orange with 1 finger head. Nose is spicy yeast, grain, stale grass, peppery, some light fruit. Taste is bone dry and yeast-driven with assertive spicy saison yeast which holds some bits of unpleasant plastic, not a ton of hops on the palate but some decent fruity notes, light rustic grainy malt, some grassy bitter grapefruit. Finish is more of the sharp yeast, a bit overpowering, grain, light malt fruit and moderate (if any) hops. Very bitter. Maybe this has fallen hard off a cliff in the past few weeks? Would not peg it as dry-hopped blind. Unfortunately, not that great and at $13 for 16oz donít think Iíll be revisiting.
