3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Super fresh bottle, as in no more than a week or two old. Like all the other Prairie Ales, it's just too flowery for my tastes. I don't know what this taste I'm tasting is, but encounter it in some saisons and some wit. Meh.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
A very light, hop aroma drifts from the mouth of the bottle. This is followed by a cloudy, faded, honey-lemon liquid topped with a soap-bubbly white head that disintegrates within minutes, leaving no lacing at all. The flavor, also quite lemony, exhibits a light fruitiness that is reminiscent of a Belgian style. The flavor is pleasant, but not exciting and doesnít stand out at all. The longer this sits, the flatter and more tasteless it becomes and only adding a new drop from a cold bottle brings it back to life. I certainly am not leaving it for hours here, but just five minutes seems to take the life right out of the brew, leaving no body or texture.
This is nice on the palate at first, but letting it sit is not an option for enjoyment. This is a beer youíll need to drink quickly and cold, so donít let this breathe!
As I said earlier, this isnít too bad when cold and fresh, but still not an experience Iíll look for for in the future.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Gainesville World of Beer. Pours cloudy yellow with a creamy white one finger head into my tulip. Aroma of big funky saison yeast, grassy hops, some pine, very sweet honey notes, and some other fruits in there. Flavor follows with very sweet fruits from the hops, a bit of zesty citrus peel bite, grass, honey. Mouthfeel is thicker than expected, but lightened up by the high carbonation. Overall this was very nice, but not what I had expected going in. Definitely a good beer, but easily one of my least favorite Prairie saisons out there.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at House of Brews. Cloudy amber pour witha frothy white head. Tropical fruits and citrus aroma with a good dose of maltiness and yeast. Flavor is similar and kind of one dimensional. Zesty body and lively carbonation. Not bad, maybe better out of the bottle?

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Hazelís beverage world. Pours golden with an inch of white foam. Leaves some lacing in the glass. has some citrus on the nose. Very hop forward on the tongue which overpowers the funkiness you expect from the saison. finishes clean. tasty but adding a shitload of hops to goose a style seems really fucking obvious.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is the first hop focused beer I have had from Prairie so here goes. Beer pours cloudy golden color with a prodigious egg white head. Aroma is nice with significant grassy, floral/herbal notes. Taste is bitter. Body is medium and texture is oily. An enjoyable hoppy beer.
