Prairie Hop is our hop driven saison. This beer is packed with Simcoe and Citra hops. Notes of peach, mango, and tangerine can be found in the flavor and aroma of this beer. The beer finishes dry which helps the hops jump out of the glass flavor wise.

750 at home. Pours a cloudy yellow with light, consistent lacing. Aroma is where the adventure begins: big citrus with some grass and funk. Taste is earthy and subtly spicy. Very smooth, dry finish. This is a must have beer - nothing like it.

Nice saison. A hint of hops comes through in the aroma and taste. I’d like to have Ale & Hop side-by-side to see if I can pick out the hops a little better (I’m pretty sure Ale is this beer’s base).

It poured a hazy golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma was of yeast, some spice, fruits and hops. The taste was of yeast with some golden fruits and a light hop bitterness. It had a dry finish, light body and some carbonation. Very nice.

Pours a very cloudy apricot color with a white head that settles to a film with minimal lacing. Aroma is tropical with mango, pineapple and tangerine. Taste is juicy tropical fruits similar to the nose, some malt sweetness and a slight woody character with a mild piney bitterness. Finishes dry with mild wood and pine flavor. Semi creamy mouthfeel with a medium/full body and low/moderate carbonation. Easy drinking with harmonious flavors that sku towards the the tropical with the hops and the Belgian yeast.

Draft at Beercraft, damn this place is pimping!! Hazy, bright gold. Weak retention. Aroma is grassy, mild pine, and yeast for sure with light grain. Body is mostly grainy with a nice balance of yeast and hops. No ABV with an 8% level. Overall, Neal flavorful.

Pours hazy golden / orange with a white head. The aroma has tropical fruit, stone fruit, hay, grass, sweet malt, light saison earthiness and some melon notes. It has a medium / full body with a lot of semi-sharp carbonation. The taste starts off with a drier version of the fruits on the aroma with a bit of a woody / papery qualities, herbs and a bit more saison earthiness. The finish is very dry and pretty refreshing for a saison this full bodied. Pretty nice.
