Prairie Somewhere is a blend of golden farmhouse ale and a sour ale. Citrus fruit is used in the kettle to add intense orange and lime notes.

this one is great! TOns of citrus flavors on your standard prairie brett heavy tartness. Great job!

Bottle. Pours murky orangish with a big white head. Aroma is of orange, lime, yeast, and funk. Taste is yeast, citrus, and lime. Has a lot of funk as well. There is a lot of lime, but not too much. Taste is much more tart than the scent. Lingering tartness with a lot of lime. Mouthfeel is very carbonated, and the finish is very dry. I liked it a lot.

The beer pours a clear amber color with a small white head. The aroma blends hay, acidity, Brett, lime juice, and orange zest, and the taste is mildly sour and slightly sweet; the lime acidity hits the tongue first with sweetness from the malt and fruit coming in next, and the aftertaste is lighter than the initial flavor with the funk flavors mellowing out everything nicely. The palate fuses a soft carbonation, medium-light body, and a slick texture.

Golden with little to no head. Aroma is tart and somewhat similar to apple juice. Flavor is very light, a little sour with hints of apple. Very tart with a light finish. Fairly refreshing, but could use a bit more crispness. Wife: 4.5

Pours a dark gold color with a white head. Funk, citrus, floral, tart, hop and biscuit aroma. Lemon, orange, funk, floral, peach, apricot, hop, tart and biscuit flavors. Medium body and carbonation with a citrus and tart finish.

On draft at Caps & Taps. It pours a deep golden orange color with a white head. The aroma is nice and peachy with some apricot and a little funk. The flavor has some mildly tart peaches, apricots and some spicy yeast notes with a good amount of lactic acid and stone fruit. You can definitely pick out the Saison and Sour components of this beer separately. I’m not sure this comes together very cohesively, but I liked the thirst quenching tartness of the brew. Decent.

Sour but I was hoping for more tart. Strong sour notes, just wish there was some more tart citrus taste.

500ml bottle pours a brown color with a bit of head. The sourness bites at first but after a few minutes eases into a nice blend of sour vs wild years flavor.

A brownish copper color, half finger white head. Smells of orange zest, lime, lemon, farmhouse, sour, perm. Taste is initially a lime fruit sour that transitions into a spicy farmhouse with more citrus then ends with a malty lime flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
