Nice looking beer, large head, orange body, sparkling clarity. Aroma is apples, funk, lemon, fish (yes, kinda fish), peaches, earth barnyard, flowers. Some cider kinda notes with wood undertones. Medium body, watery texture. Very balanced, very complex, awesome saison.

Bottle. Cotteridge. Hazy, pale gold. Film of lasting, white head. Nose has a lovely, funky, vanilla and lemon cheesecake thing going on. Some sweet grain. Taste is lemon pith tart. Goaty sourness. Love a sour goat, me. Anyhow, it’s tart and crisp, and cheesy. Nice hoppage. Clean and tart. Super drinkable.

Didn't go into this one expecting too much but damn it was really good. Not nearly as funky as I was worried it was gonna be. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle @ Haket. Pours hazy golden with a frothy and slightly fizzy goldenish white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, cereal, lemon juice, tangerines, pineapple, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sour, fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is dry, slightly tart, tiny sparkling and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sour with crackers, lemon juice, pineapple, star fruit, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Good stuff! Heavy fruity funky...

16.9 ounce bottle. Served in a Prairie Teku, the beer pours a hazy amber/orange color with about an inch off-white head that fizzled away somewhat quickly. Not much lacing at all. Aroma is nice and tart, the brew smells like citrus peel, lime, apricot and some funk. The taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some grainy malt and green apples. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it’s easy to drink and is well carbonated. I liked this, it’s a good tart and fruity brew. Certainly worth a try! $9.99 a bottle.
