Draught at Watering Hole. Caramel, sour orange, oak, lemon tart, funky earthy finish. Good stuff but tasted side by side with sour monkey, it lacks a bit more sourness and complexity.

Bottle pours reddish golden with a white head. Big lime and orange aroma with some Mr. Clean. The flavor is also very lime heavy, a bit much. Some orange. Rather tart. Medium bodied and astringent. Good but weird in a way.

Bottle from Whole Foods Market in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is lemon, grapefruit, guava and mild earthy funk. Taste is tart, acid, tannins that smooths out a little at the end to a nice bitterness / fermented citrus peels. Not as complex as other beers from Prairie but still not as one-dimensional as Almanac sours.

Very lightly clouded golden orange, settles to clear. Minimal light tan head. Sweet and tangy vinous grape nose, light earthiness, light citrus. Slight herbal botanicals. Light bitterness, spice, good amount of tanginess. Fairly dry. Light effervescent body, some acidity. Medium length dry finish. Quite nice, refreshing.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Poured into a snifter. Pours a hazy gold with a modest soapy head that dissipates fairly quickly. Nice aromas of orange, lemon and white grapefruit with lots of barnyard aromas and some spice. Tart on the palate with lots of citrus flavor that comes through clearly. No overly sour at all and quite enjoyable. Gets funkier as it comes to room temperature. Finish is tart, long and dry. Very enjoyable.
